Amber Heard Seen Out With Girlfriend for First Time Since Johnny Depp Audio Scandal

It's a very busy weekend in Los Angeles, California; with the Spirit Awards on Saturday, the Oscars on Sunday, and tons of and tons of parties before and after.

The celebratory weekend comes at an awkward time for Aquaman actress Amber Heard, who found herself under the ire of the public (including many of her own fans) after new audio tapes were leaked that reveal Heard admitting to assaulting ex-husband Johnny Depp. The audio struck many people as at odds with the story Heard has presented in her legal battle against Depp, in which she is a victim and not an aggressor.

But, all the bad press didn't seem to be keeping Heard fazed, as she was seen for the first time since the resurfaced audio brought tons of new drama to the surface.

She stepped out with new girlfriend Bianca Butti at WME pre-Oscar event, in a plunging black silk gown with messy mermaid waves, red lips, and a big collection of necklaces. Her girlfriend wore a chic black suit with loafers, while the two lovebirds held hands and avoided paparazzi. See the photo over at PopCulture.com.

Heard clearly did a few outfit changes throughout the day. On her own Instagram page, she posted a black-and-white snap of herself in a glittery blazer jacket and geo-tagged the post at the glamorous and iconic Chateau Marmont. Her caption read: "Oh you know, just a quick sparkle moment to zhuzh it up!"

But many of her Instagram followers were not having it. Top comments on the post currently include: "We don't forgive you for what you have done," and "She acts like she did nothing wrong ?."

Surprisingly given all the backlash and heat she's been receiving, she has yet to turn her Instagram comments off. People have created a movement called "Justice for Johnny," and others have created a petition to have Heard removed from the next Aquaman movie, saying she is violent and not suitable for a family franchise.

None of the drama appears to be holding Heard back from the Awards circuit though. On Saturday, February 7th she also attended the Independent Spirit Awards, and uploaded a photo of what she wore to her Instagram Stories. The chic look involved a printed Fendi jacket and layers of dripping Bulgari jewelry.

In the scandalous audio which was published by The Daily Mail, Heard says to her ex-husband:

"You are such a baby. Grow the f**k up Johnny....You poke an animal enough, it is eventually, it doesn't matter how friendly it is, it's not cool.."

At one point, she warned him that she couldn't promise that she would not become violent again in the future, saying: "I can't promise you I won't get physical again. God I f**king sometimes get so mad I lose it."
