Jax Gets Emotional Listening To Her Song On The Radio For The First Time

Jax captioned a recent TikTok video, “When a music artist hears their song on the radio for the first time.” In the video, she is sitting in her car. Jax is standing with her hands clasped together as text on the video screen reads “Me thinking: ‘No don’t film yet. It’ll play right after the countdown.’”

“Slowly realizing…” the text says. When the radio announcer says her name, Jax starts freaking out. She gets emotional as she says she’s calling her dad and then starts rocking out in the car, her messy blonde bun bouncing around as she bobs her head up and down.

She tells the person filming not to cry, because she’s crying, as she begins to sing along with her song. Jax Wrote The Song About Victoria's Secret For A Girl That She Babysits!

Although Jax is an up-and-coming music star, she actually wrote the song for a 13-year-old girl named Chesla, who she benefits. In one video, Jax explained that she went to pick Chelsea up from the mall after she and her friends were shopping for bikinis for an upcoming pool party.

The group of friends ended up inside Victoria's Secret, and Chelsea ended up crying "hysterically" because a friend told her that she looked "too far and too flat" in one of the swimsuits that she tried on. Jax herself confessed to struggling with eating disorders since she was age 12, so she decided to try to make Chelsea feel better by writing a song about Victoria's Secret.

"I wrote a song for you, because when I was your age I had a lot of eating problems and I wish somebody would've said this to me," Jax said in the video.

The song features lyrics like: "I stopped eating, what a bummer, can't have carbs in hot girl summer. If I could go back and tell myself when I was younger, I'd say I know Victoria's secret and girl, you wouldn't believe she's an old man who lives in Ohio making money off of girls like me."

Jax Got A Flash Mob Started At Victoria's Secret!

To help spread her message of inclusivity, the 26-year-old babysitter started a flash mob outside of Victoria's Secret to help spread her positive message.

In the video, Jax made it clear that she wanted her song to represent people of all shapes and sizes, adding plus-sized backup dancers and even a dancer in a wheelchair. In the comments, she told her followers that she requested dancers with "every body type" to promote her song's "message" of "diversity."

She wrote, "The issue with toxic commercial body standards is not just the lack of plus-sized representation... it's that one body is highlighted as the 'right' body."

Fans are loving her body positive message and can't wait for her to drop another song soon!
