The contention between reality TV exes Jon and Kate Gosselin is far from over.

In a recent interview, the father-of-eight accused his ex-wife of stealing more than $100,000 from their children's accounts in 2019, the same year she purchased a lakeside home in North Carolina worth about $750,000.

Kate admitted to making separate withdrawals from their teenagers, Hannah and Collin's accounts but claimed that it was to meet her and the children's expenses.

According to her, she borrowed the money to survive but hasn't reimbursed the funds back to her children's funds– a move Jon referred to as "disgusting" and "morally wrong."

Former reality star, Jon Gosselin has claimed that his ex-wife Kate Gosselin, stole more than $100k from her children's trust funds though she claimed only to have borrowed the money to survive.

In a legal document obtained by The Sun, the reality star allegedly planned to use the funds to "meet her and the children's expenses." However, later that year, she reportedly bought a lake house in North Carolina worth about $750K.

In an interview with the outlet, a furious Jon insisted that she's not paid the borrowed funds back and called her moves "disgusting and morally wrong."

"Parents are not supposed to withdraw any money from these accounts without permission and without drawing up paperwork that they will pay it back — but she has produced no paperwork, and no payments have been made," he shared in a statement to The Sun. "You can't just live off your kids' money. It's disgusting and morally wrong."

Kate claimed (as per The Sun) that her eight children– sextuplets Hannah, Collin, Aaden, Leah, Alexis, and Joel, all 18, and twins Mady & Cara, 21– owe her money for their private tuition, which she claimed to have paid out of her pocket and allegedly cost her $387K.

"So I mean, I'm not looking to collect that, but I borrowed $100,000 from the kids' trust," she claimed in the documents. "And it owes me $387,000 technically."

Jon told the outlet that he noticed something was up when he gained custody of Colin and Hannah and found a discrepancy in their bank statements. He and his ex-wife had set up trust accounts for their children to keep their earnings protected until they were over 18.

In addition to the $750,000 lake house in North Carolina with a swimming pool and a private pier, the outlet also pointed out that Kate received $40,000 per episode for her show, "Kate Plus Dates," which ran for one season. As a result, she couldn't have borrowed money from her children's funds for the sole purpose of survival.

Jon then expressed his anger over the situation, calling her a hypocrite for "telling the world she has saved her children's money when she's been stealing from them."

He continued, "There's been no remorse from her at all. Now they're 18; she thinks she can get away scot-free."

As for the ruling, the judge shared similar sentiments with Jon, claiming that Kate lacked credibility when it came to her lower income claims. "If these were loans, there should be evidence of repayments sometime in the future. The evidence does not support the mother's argument that her earning capacity is zero."

Jon, who stopped paying child support in 2012, claimed that he only had custody of two of his eight children and has worked hard to build them to be independent.

During an interview with ET, Hannah said she chose to live with her dad in Pennsylvania rather than her mom in North Carolina because she was closer to him, and they've always had a good bond.

"It's a lot, growing up in a hectic household with many kids. And there's not a one-on-one relationship for attention that you have with your parents. I felt like my dad gave me that attention and a feeling like I had a good solid relationship with a parent," Hannah explained.

"It was a difficult decision to leave my siblings. I did not want to be separated from them or live in a different household than theirs. But I feel like there was unfair treatment in my mom's house, and I just wanted to live with my dad."
