A video of Kate Beckinsale being rather aggressively pursued by her dog has hit 1 million views. The “Underworld” actress took to Instagram earlier this week with another of her epic videos – if you don’t live inside the 46-year-old’s Instagram, this is one account that almost always has fans crying with laughter.
Kate’s video included the star’s sensational and gym-honed legs, but the focus was on two animals present. A bunny was being held by Kate, with the star’s dog appearing a little jealous of the rabbit attention – and very attracted to the actress’ legs.
Check out the video here.
The video showed Kate sitting on a white couch and dressed in a simply white t-shirt paired with a tight pair of patterned black leggings. The star’s trademark high-heeled boots were also donned. A bunny rabbit was cuddled up near Kate’s chest.
This video wasn’t about the wardrobe, though. Kate’s right leg was being very visibly (and enthusiastically) humped by her dog, with Kate herself having to tear herself away from the dog – Kate then escaped any further action by whipping her legs up in the air and holding them with both arms.
“I made a new friend. Leave me alone,” Kate was heard saying – likely referring to the rabbit.
Kate’s video racked up insane views – bear in mind the actress has just 3.8 million Instagram followers. Over 1 million views were clocked in under 24 hours.
Fan comments poured in.
“OHHH…wow….life is truly tough for you. FYI…you had a professional cinematographer film it…yet you’re acting like, ” Ohh…look at my random pets”. LOLOLOL!!” one fan wrote.
“Hahaha,” another said, with many others saying similar (and using cry-face emoji).
“love the look you give the camera right before you get the dog off of your leg! This is cracking me up!” was another comment.
Responses did also see fans query the breed of animal being held by Kate – some fans thought it might be a cat.
Elsewhere, fans appeared united in the opinion that Kate is so good-looking, the dog simply couldn’t be blamed.
“Can you blame him tho …. ?” one fan asked.
“I really can’t blame him,” another said.
Meanwhile, some users honed in on the star’s signature boots – Kate’s default look is leggings and boots, and she even hits the gym in the unusual pairing.
“Those boots!? I might have the same reaction.??♀️,” one fan stated.
Kate did take to Instagram earlier this week to mark the tragic passing of basketball legend Kobe Bryant. The 41-year-old was among nine dead (13-year-old daughter Gianna included) as the helicopter he was traveling in burst into flames on Sunday.
Kate posted a photo of a poem, captioning it:
“and not just a man either. My dad wrote this not long before he died very young. Love to everyone hurting today x ??”
Other members of the acting world leaving tributes included Kaley Cuoco, Halle Berry, and Will Smith.
