Rapper Kanye West might be back on Instagram now that his ex-wife, KimKardashian, officially called it quits with former “Saturday Night Live” comedian Pete Davidson. The two had dated for nine months but called it quits due to long distance and their busy schedules.

Ye was never a fan of Pete, who he called “Skete” in bullying social media messages that started in February. After he was slapped with a 24-hour Instagram ban for cyberbullying, the “Donda” rapper seemingly disappeared from Instagram.

He posted – then deleted – a fake New York Times headline shortly after the breakup, although he later took it down. On Friday morning, however, Ye was back with another post… although fans are still trying to figure out what this means.

In a brief message that he posted on Instagram, Ye wrote, “Look to the children. Look to the homeless. As the biggest inspiration for all design.” It’s not clear what Ye is referring to here but it might indicate that he is hard at work on his next creative venture.

Glammy Mars seemed to agree with his post, commenting, “More adults should look to children for pure ideas.” Pab the Kid commented, “You really the goat Ye. 100% agree with you 👏👏.” Other fans also loved the post, with one fan writing, “Look at Kanye, man so inspirational.” Other fans praised him for being “so real” and showered the post with comments of “Amen.”

Some fans are wondering if this has anything to do with the new tattoo that he got inked on his arm earlier in the week. The "Stronger" rapper joined Lil Uzi Vert and Steve Lacy to all get matching tattoos on Tuesday, which includes a line of text just above their elbows that reads, "We here forever technically."

Los Angeles-based tattoo artist Mez Afram shared the photo of the trio's new ink on Instagram, tagging all three artists in the post. In a mirror selfie, all three are holding their arms out for the camera, showing inflamed red skin and three lines of text reading, “We here forever technically.”

Fans were seemingly perplexed by seeing the three of them together. “This is the most random pairing of people I’ve ever seen 😂😂,” one follower commented. “Most random s--- I saw today but I fw it😂🔥,” another agreed.

However, everyone seemed to have different opinions about the tattoos. “F---ing tough,” commented Kyle Kuzma, although another follower added, “Too Tuff 😤.” Others commented on the post to call their tattoos both “iconic” and “vicious.”

Even despite his new ink, this latest Instagram post wouldn't be the first time that Ye has made headlines due to his work with the homeless community.

As Mirror reported in January, Ye worked with the streetwear brand Skid Fashion Row to help out the homeless community. According to TMZ, David Sabastian, the founder of Skid Row Fashion Week, met with the Yeezy fashion designer and decided to create a Yeezy X Skid Row Fashion Week venture.

David said that Skid Row Fashion Week donated a percentage of all sales towards helping those living without shelter on Skid Row. He also confirmed that the collaboration will donate all of its proceeds to help the local homeless community.

"There are 60,000 people currently living on Skid Row," they stated in a video promo. "Thousands of men, women, and children are living in tents because our government refuses to spend the $3 billion they have in the reserve to eradicate this cancer we call homelessness."

"A purchase from Skid Row Fashion Week will help us employ, house, feed, and start the process of rehabilitation with our programs and services," the ad continued. "Buy Skid Row Fashion Week and save a life."

According to Mirror, there are more than 66,000 homeless people in Los Angeles County. In 2021, Ye reportedly met with city leaders to discuss the housing crisis and donated a thousand meals to the local area.

In addition to his philanthropy, Ye has also reportedly used his famous Sunday Service gatherings to "help inspire and comfort" the homeless community.
