Chris Brown Suggests He's Still in Love with Rihanna

Chris Brown just can't let go of Rihanna. Their relationship ended many years ago, and for good reason. But even still, Brown can't seem to forget about the Barbados native. Throughout the years since their breakup, Brown has had nothing but good things to say about Rihanna to the media and continues to suggest that he is actually still in love with her.

In a recent Instagram post, Brown hints that he is still in love with someone from his past and fans think they know who he's speaking of.

So how do we know Brown is still in love with Rihanna? Instagram of course. In a since-deleted post on Jan. 27, Brown suggested that he and Queen RiRi had a timeless love underneath a video of him smiling during an interview. “When someone asks, after all this time… why are u still in love WITH HER? My ANSWER: BECAUSE TIME HAS NO RELEVANCE WHEN ITS UNCONDITIONAL," the singer captioned, along with a heart emoji. Clearly he's still harboring some feelings for the songstress.

Even though Brown may be interested in rekindling an old flame, fans wish he would just leave it alone. Of course, there is no proof that he was talking about Rihanna as he didn't actually mention her name, but fans are convinced and they were not afraid to express their unhappiness with him on the Instagram post.

Fans hit the comment section suggesting that Rihanna doesn't want him and that he should just move on. As the negative comments kept coming in, Brown decided to delete the post.

Just a few days prior to Brown's post, it was revealed that Rihanna had broken up with her boyfriend of almost three years, Hassan Jameel. Could Brown have timed this post to catch newly single Rihanna's attention? Sources seem to think so. “Chris still has a very strong connection to anything that comes with Rihanna so the news that she’s single again is a big deal for him,” a source told Hollywood Life.

Apparently, the "Love on the Brain" songstress was Brown's first love and he just came to seem to let go of their past relationship.

Brown has of course dated several women post-Rihanna, most famously a long relationship with model and actress Karreuche Tran. Could the post be about her or one of the other women that Brown has dated? Even if it is, it looks like Brown she give up for now. Tran has been in a long and very serious relationship with football player Victor Cruz and Rihanna has previously stated that she's closed the Brown chapter of her life and had no interest in going back.
