Vermont State Police have announced their search for a mother and her three kids who were allegedly living with actor Ezra Miller. According to official court documents obtained by Rolling Stone, the 25-year-old mother and her young kids went missing after police attempted to serve her an emergency care order.
The emergency care order was issued to allow authorities to remove the kids from the mother’s care and Miller’s property, placing them in secure homes. Miller has insisted that they don’t know where the woman and kids are, but police believe they’re helping her evade servicing the order.
The disappearance of the young family is the latest in the actor’s recent string of legal issues. They were previously arrested twice in Hawaii and were also issued a restraining order by the family of a teenager they allegedly groomed.

Police Are Searching For A Mother And Her Kids
According to Rolling Stone‘s report, Vermont police have intensified their search for the woman and her three kids but believe that the “Flash” actor is concealing their whereabouts and helping the mother evade the emergency care order.
The court documents revealed that police officers tried twice over the weekend to serve the emergency care order requested by the State Attorney’s office. The care order demanded that they immediately remove the three kids from Miller’s property and their mother’s care.
However, Miller insists that the small family hasn’t been at the farm in months and that they have no idea of their current location. According to Rolling Stone, during one of the police officer’s visits to the actor’s 96-acre property, they charged them with felony burglary for allegedly breaking into a home and stealing alcohol.
A local source also told Rolling Stone that there were a few officers at Miller’s home on Tuesday and that they stayed for almost an hour, although it’s unclear why they were there. Both the Vermont police department and the Vermont Department for Children and Families declined to comment on the case, citing confidentiality reasons.
Authorities Are Concerned For The Kids’ Safety
The state attorney requested the emergency care order for the three kids due to concern about their health and safety. During the police visits to Miller’s property, they had noticed several firearms, ammunition, and an unlicensed marijuana farm.
An expose about Miller, which Rolling Stone published in June, included several complaints and accusations by people aware of the kids and the state of the farm, including the kids’ father.
Two anonymous sources claimed that Miller and the mother left guns all over the home and video footage appeared to show weapons strewn randomly and propped up on toys and stuffed animals. Another source alleged that one of the kids, a one-year-old, had picked up a loose bullet and placed it in her mouth.
The Mother Previously Insisted Her Kids Were Safe At Ezra Miller’s Place
The report stated that the young woman had met Miller during their vacation to Hawaii and moved herself and her kids into the “Fantastic Beasts” actor’s home by the next month. In June, she insisted to Rolling Stone that the actor had helped her by providing “a safe environment for her three very young children.”
However, the Dad refused to accept that his kids were safe because he had a “bad feeling in [his] stomach.” He then contacted DCF services and the local Vermont police to conduct wellness checks at the farm.
A social worker then allegedly visited the farm mid-May to assess the kids. The worker informed the father through texts that the kids “looked good” but that there was also “more work to do.” The mother kept her social media presence, updating daily until the account went dark in mid-July.
It’s The Latest Of Ezra Miller’s Legal Issues
The disappearance of the woman and kids is another addition to Miller’s legal issues. The “Perks of Being a Wallflower” actor was arrested twice during their vacation to Hawaii, once for disorderly conduct and again for allegedly throwing a chair at a woman after being asked to leave an event.
Miller was also recently accused of grooming a teenager whose parents had a restraining order issued against the actor. Another restraining order was issued for a woman, and her child after Miller allegedly menaced and threatened them in their home.
