Bachelor Nation's heart monitor has been out of whack lately!

Couples from the 'Bachelor' franchise have been calling it quits left and right throughout 2022. "The Bachelorette's" Michelle Young and Nayte Olukoya split earlier this summer, not even a full year after their engagement. Young's fellow 'Bachelorette' alumna from last year, Katie Thurston, also recently called it quits with her beau, John Hersey.

Since the season premiere of "The Bachelorette" a month ago, the two leading ladies Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia have already weeded through the crop of men vying for their hearts.

Are There Any Butterflies In Bachelor Nation?

Even though a lot of the latest relationship-related news within the 'Bachelor' franchise has largely been heartbreaking, there have been plenty of recent developments that are worthy of roses!

"The Bachelor" alumna Madison Prewett recently celebrated a beach-side engagement to her beau of six months, and Bachelor Nation's Emily Ferguson recently married her sporty fiancé last month.

Both women have celebrated their big news on their respective Instagram accounts, sharing both photosets and reels documenting their romantic moments!

According to our coverage of Ferguson's wedding, she and her new husband tied the knot in Los Vegas. The wedding's menu featured a variety of vendors, including a grilled cheese-centric vendor and a cotton candy station.

Flashing Back To Prewett's Broken Heart From A Certain 'Bachelor'

The author and motivational speaker's happy ending comes nearly three years after she appeared on Peter Weber's season of "The Bachelor." Weber ended up proposing to Hannah Ann Sluss, but quickly ended their engagement due to his lingering feelings for Prewett- a move that caused quite a stir in Bachelor Nation at the time.

Last Fall, Prewett opened up to People magazine to discuss her feelings about her eventual split from Weber, and the controversial presence of Weber's mother, Barb, within their relationship.

"I never had any hatred for Peter and his family," she told the outlet. "[Barb's reception] was hurtful, but I understood where everyone was coming from."

Prewett was soon forced to continue addressing her break-up with Weber after her fellow 'Bachelor' contestant and friend Kelley Flanagan began dating Weber shortly after their season had begun airing.

Prewett told Us Weekly, "I'm really, really excited for them. They were two people that were very special to me in that season of my life," she shared, "And so, I still just wish them the best and I'm just very excited for them."

Could There Be Some Renewed Excitement In The Air?

Weber and Flanagan dated throughout the rest of 2020 but eventually called it quits via an Instagram post on New Years' Eve.

"While our relationship was filled with countless beautiful memories," Weber wrote per Us Weekly, "our relationship simply didn't work out in the end."

In the following months, Flanagan alluded to Weber's desire for the pair to reunite while sitting down for Bachelor Nation-related podcasts.

"He's telling me, like, 'I love you, I want to get back together with you," she told Kaitlyn Bristowe on her "Off The Vine podcast. (via Us Weekly)
