Model Kate Upton took to Instagram on Thursday to share a fun-behind-the-scenes photo from her latest photoshoot.

The 30-year-old model was a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover model for the first time in 2011 and then appeared on the cover again in 2012, 2013, and 2017. She was also chosen as the cover model on Vanity Fair’s 100th-anniversary cover so to call her a pro would be a massive understatement.

In the photo, “The Other Woman” actress took to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes snap with her 6.3M Instagram followers. In the photo, Kate can be seen posting with one hand on her shoulder, her long blonde hair pushed back out of her face. She’s wearing a white bra with a floral printed pattern and, assumably, matching panties.

Unfortunately, Kate’s bottom half is partially concealed from view by the finger of the photographer, who is holding up a Samsung smartphone camera to take their own shot. She appears to be looking at someone in the close-up shot as she poses with one leg bent at an angle in front of her.

“BTS content is always a vibe ?? #TBT,” she wrote in the caption of the post.

Kate Created Her Own Fitness Program To Help Women Get Their Own Fit Physique!

In an interview with Health, Kate said that she wants women to feel comfortable in their bodies, in whatever way that means to them.

“The thing about focusing on your own journey and strength is that you see the results more quickly,” she explained. “Instead of beating yourself up about the number on the scale, you notice when you get stronger. It’s a healthier mindset, one that took me a while to get to. That’s really what I wanted to share with others.”

She said that it was difficult to juggle fitness with her busy career and her relationships, but everything “came together” when she met her fitness trainer, Ben Bruno. “I was in a great mental place and was ready to just focus on being strong—without caring about the dress size I was ‘supposed’ to fit into,” she explained.

“Ben really taught me about strength training. He wrote workouts for me that I could use when I was on the road. They were 30-minute workouts that you can do anywhere,” she continued. “At the same time, I was using Urban Remedy to have premade, healthy meals sent to wherever I was. I wanted to give other women access to these things I had. So Urban Remedy became our nutrition partner for Strong4Me, and Ben helped with the workouts.”

She said that those thirty-minute workouts really came in handy when she was breastfeeding her daughter and didn’t have time to head to the gym. She also talked about how hard it was for her to get back into fitness after giving birth. “That was actually the hardest thing for me—going from being extremely strong to not even really being able to do a lunge,” she explained, adding, “I’m more than eight months post-giving birth and am still not as strong as I was.”

However, Kate said that she was able to focus on a healthier lifestyle by “finding good workouts, eating healthy, and putting myself first at some point during the day so I could block that noise out. I find that if I am in a good mental space, I don’t let the bulls--- and criticism get to me.”
