Kaley Cuoco popped up in an Instagram video posted by "The Kelly Clarkson Show" this week. The 34-year-old actress who became a household name thanks to her role as Penny on "The Big Bang Theory" is set to star in her new "The Flight Attendant" series, but the video showing Kaley with Kelly Clarkson on the series' couch was solidly focused on all things "Big Bang."

In fact, the video appeared to bring out a confession from Kaley. Namely, that the actress sometimes doesn't even recognize herself when watching old reruns of herself on-screen.

You can see the video here.

The video showed the two blondes seated and discussing the popular sitcom.

"Anytime I turn on my television, I am watching 'Big Bang Theory,'" Kelly began.

Kaley agreed that the show is basically everywhere, adding that she'd found herself watching it on planes.

Kaley admitted that if she's flipping through channels and the show is on, she'll give it a watch, adding that recent episodes are too much, but she'll watch older ones.

"But like the early seasons....where I don't even look like myself," she continued, adding: "And I don't even sound like myself..."

Kaley added that she "went through a lot of changes," mentioning hair and clothes, before being interrupted by Kelly – "a lot of different sizes," the talk show host chipped in, but Kaley kept going and didn't seem to react to this comment.

Kaley is refreshingly honest. While fellow celebrities dodge plastic surgery accusations for the entirety of their careers, this star is happy to say it up-front. Kaley has admitted to undergoing a breast augmentation, a nose job, and fillers.

"As much as you want to love your inner self … I’m sorry, you also want to look good," she said in 2016, per The Independent's coverage of her Women's Health feature.

"Years ago, I had my nose done. And my boobs - best thing I ever did. Recently I had a filler in a line in my neck I’ve had since I was 12. I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing," Kaley added.

Kaley might be cosmetically-enhanced, but the star herself doesn't rely on cosmetics to look beautiful. "A Cup Of Cuoco" is the impromptu Instagram series that Kaley has now made popular – morning videos often showcasing the actress with wet hair and in a bathrobe come fuss-free, and the talk is likewise unglamorous.

Kaley's episodes have seen her talk about sleep (or lack of it), with a video from Italy also bringing a hilarious "coffee fiasco" as the actress had a full-blown meltdown in her hotel room – the "coffee machine" being nothing more than an electric kettle and instant coffee sachets wasn't doing it for Kaley.

Penny put up with it all. Sheldon Cooper's triple knocking, the endless video gaming (which she herself took up), and the various antics from the nerds forming her entourage. Speaking to She Knows, Kaley revealed what she'll miss the most about playing Penny.

"You know, she’s iconic. She’s the best character I’ve ever played. She has every single quality. She’s funny, she’s [silly and] I’m sill, she’s sarcastic. She loves Leonard and she loves these guys and she’s a real girl. You know, we’ve tackled a lot of issues this year. Her even not wanting to have kids and her wanting to be a businesswoman," Kaley said.

"I don’t think we’ve seen that a lot in television. I was really impressed that they went that path and yeah, she’s a reason why I’m doing everything that I do in the future will be sent back to Big Bang," the star added.
