Kaia Gerber is no shrinking violet. The 18-year-old model has some rock-hard muscle on her otherwise-willowy frame, as was evident by a hardcore workout video posted to Instagram this weekend.
Kaia posted snippets of her workout at celebrity-adored Dogpound gym to her stories on Sunday, with fans hopping over to personal trainer and Dogpound CEO Kirk Myers’ social media able to see the video in full.

Kaia’s video showed her in the gym and definitely dressed for it. The Marc Jacobs face was outfitted in a tight black pair of leggings paired with a forest green sports bra. Both were showing off the model’s slender silhouette, with anyone watching the video seeing that this girl comes with some solid muscle.
Kaia’s strong back, toned shoulders, and defined biceps were all on show as she impressively lifted and pushed a (likely weighted) tyre.
Kaia’s stories also showed her balancing and lifting dumbbells.
Kaia may have eased her way into the world of high-fashion by virtue of her links – her mom is supermodel legend Cindy Crawford – but this industry doesn’t take on just anyone. The modeling world remains strict when it comes to shape, appearing (by large) to only have room for the ultra-slender and ultra-leggy.
Kaia is both.
Kaia has been making headway as a model, she’s fast-rising to supermodel status, and she landed the gigs by virtue of her staggeringly good looks.
Kaia made headlines earlier this month for hanging with some pretty well-known faces. The model was seen soaking up the sun in Miami with “Queer Eye” actor Antoni Polowitz and “13 Reasons Why” star Tommy Dorfman. Both appeared with Kaia in a fun trio snap showing the three wearing nothing but towels and futuristic eyewear.
Kaia was making headlines for her PDAs with former boyfriend Pete Davidson, but the two are reported to have split, with the SNL comedian reportedly headed to rehab.
Kaia’s parents, Cindy and Rande were reportedly concerned about their daughter dating Pete.
“Cindy and Rande wanted to be there for Kaia and supportive of her. They are very involved and loving parents and they would do anything for her. They stepped in to try and guide her and to help Pete through a difficult time,” a source stated, per E!.
“They tried to intervene and offer what they could. It’s been upsetting for Kaia and for them to see their daughter dealing with something so serious,” the source added.
Kaia has made no statement since the reported split. She has, however, been wowing on the runway during Paris Fashion Week.
