Rita Ora and Taika Waititi have taken their relationship to the ultimate level and exchanged their vows!
Months after it was reported that the low-key lovebirds were engaged, they have since walked down the aisle, still keeping things super hushed.
Rita Ora & Taika Waititi Are Married!
According to The Sun, who first broke the news, Ora and Waititi are now officially husband and wife! It’s unsure the exact date the lovebirds walked down the aisle, but it was done recently as the duo was reported to have gotten engaged in June.

A source revealed that the couple exchanged their vows in an intimate, super secret ceremony held in London. The “You For Me” singer has reportedly even taken her husband’s last name and will now go by the name Mrs. Waitit-Ora.
Despite being A-listers in the industry, Ora and Waititi chose not to have a lavish celebration to celebrate their love.
A close source revealed to the publication, “Despite living in the spotlight, Rita is determined to keep the relationship as private as possible and didn’t want to make a big song and dance about the wedding.”
Nevertheless, the lovers had a wonderful and romantic time at their low-key ceremony. “It was a really intimate ceremony and super special for everyone there. Their nearest and dearest can see how madly in love they are,” the insider said.
The source notes that the pair plan to have a big bash to celebrate their love with their friends and loved ones. However, it would still be toned down.
“A big, showbiz-style bash is planned to celebrate, but don’t expect to see it being flogged to the highest-bidding magazine,” disclosed the insider.
As for now, Waititi and Ora have no plans to embark on their honeymoon, according to a close source.
The insider noted, “Rita’s already back in the studio working on her third album, with her latest session being with Ava Max and Noah Cyrus’ writer Rollo.”
Ora’s latest Instagram post shows her in Paris, hanging out and working with director Baz Luhrmann and recording in the studio.

Neither Ora nor Waititi have publicly addressed the marriage rumors, but Metro reports that a now-expired Instagram story uploaded by Ora’s sister Elena Ora showed the New Zealand director wearing a silver ring on his wedding finger.
The Couple Got Engaged Months Ago
Back in June, The Blast reported that Ora and Waititi got engaged after a little over a year of dating.
The pair became an item in May 2021 but have been friends for quite a while. They reportedly grew closer while Ora was working his Australia as a coach on “The Voice.”
The duo made their red carpet debut in August 2021 and from time to time shower each other with heartfelt tributes on social media.
For this year’s Valentine’s Day, the “Fifty Shades Freed” dedicated a post to her man, writing, “Us. 4 years ago. To now. thanks for being cool. And entertaining me forevs..Happy Valentine’s Day bestie ❤️.”

As for how their engagement went down, a source recalled, “They didn’t do a whole, ‘Will you marry me?’ thing and an Instagram post. There’s no ring or big build-up. They just got closer and closer and eventually said to each other almost simultaneously, ‘I want to marry you.'”
At the time, the source noted that Ora and Waititi weren’t going for a dramatic ceremony and it seems they have stayed true to that course.
Congratulations to the couple!
