The police report (as per Deadline) for Miller’s charge reads, “On 05/01/2022 at approximately 1755 hours, the Vermont State Police was notified of a burglary complaint at a residence on County Road in the town of Stamford, Vermont. The initial findings indicated that several bottles of alcohol were taken from within the residence while the homeowners were not present.”
It also explains that the police found probable cause after investigation to charge “Ezra M. Miller with the offense of felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.” The report further reveals that police finally located the “The Flash” star on August 7th and issued them a citation to appear for an arraignment on the burglary charge on September 6th.
Their Legal Troubles Are Affecting Warner Bros

Warner Bros has already dealt with several of Miller’s scandals in recent years but has maintained that they are still set to release “The Flash” on its June 23rd, 2023 official release date. However, with this fresh scandal, the studio might be forced to reconsider its decision.
Warner Bros has previously revealed that it has tried to intercede with Miller and get them help as the incidents have piled on, but it is all to no avail. There is a worry amongst DC fans that Miller’s legal troubles might affect the promotion and the performance of “The Flash,” but it’s still too early to tell.
Ezra Miller Has Had A String Of Incidents

In just 2022, Miller has already racked up several scandals with their legal incidents. Over the summer, a mother and her 12-year-old issued them a temporary harassment prevention order after they allegedly menaced and threatened them.
Then, the parents of an 18-year-old in Tokata Iron Eyes filed a protection order against Miller and accused them of grooming and brainwashing their child. The “Fantastic Beasts” actor was also arrested twice while on vacation in Hawaii, once for disorderly conduct and harassment, and a second time for second-degree assault.
Miller is also currently facing several allegations of physical and sexual abuse from different women in different countries. Some of the allegations claim the actor choked a woman in an Icelandic bar and harassed several women in their homes.
A Rolling Stone investigation in June revealed that Miller had been housing a 25-year-old mother and her three kids at their home ranch in Stamford. The ranch doubles as a large unlicensed cannabis farm and police also found several firearms on the property.
Warner Bros. Is In A Rocky Period

Warner Bros has stated that it is excited by “The Flash.” The studio has already had several test screenings, and the film, which Andy Muschietti directed, is allegedly being touted as amazing. With the success of “The Batman,” there is a lot of anticipation for the “The Flash” film.
However, the studio is currently experiencing a bit of a tough time. On August 2nd, the studio announced that it had pulled the plug on “Batgirl,” which would have had a Latina lead and was already in post-production. They also terminated “Scoob! Holiday Haunt,” which had been in production for almost four years.
Last week, the studio also received a weak quarterly report and experienced a steep drop in its stock prices, which is not the path it wants to go on. The general hope is that Miller gets their act together, and “The Flash” performs excellently well when it gets released.
