On Sunday, Senada Greca posted a video of her doing ab exercises on a mat by the pool in a bright blue bikini, proving once and for all that you don’t need to hit the gym to get in a great ab workout at any time.
“Abs Workout – get this done and thank me later 🔥All levels,” Senada wrote in the caption of the video. ‘Modify the side plank on your knees if needed.”
In the video, Senada shows fans how to do three exercises that will really crush their cores and help build up their ab muscles. The first exercise she recommends is side plank dips, in which she does 4 sets of 12 on each side. She also does 4 sets of 12 leg-raised crunches and star hollow bodies. She gives fans a demonstration of how to perform each exercise in the video.

In a video posted last month, Senada Greca showed her fans exactly how much she’s improved over the past few years. She took on the Dragon Flag challenge by grabbing onto the edge of the pool for dear life as she hovered her legs in the air, using her core to support her body so that only her upper back is actually touching the back.
In 2020, her abs are still impressive, but her form starts to waver immediately as her legs slowly go down. In 2020, Senada is back in another bright blue bikini. Fans can actually see her glute muscles flex beneath the drawstring of her bikini as she attempts to hold herself in place.
