Gabrielle Union Proves She Isn't Afraid Of A Nip Slip In This Daring Outfit

Actress Gabrielle Union is a non-conformist when it comes to fashion.

The former "America's Got Talent" judge has always left her fanbase stunned regarding her trendsetting looks; this time, it was no exception.

She recently donned a kiwi green-colored dress which showcased her toned figure and featured the most extreme cut-outs on her chest and torso.

Although the dress was a risqué one that a sudden movement would have caused an inevitable nip slip, the "Bring It On" alum was still able to pull it off excellently.

On Monday, Union posted a series of images where she donned a kiwi-green dress from the Kwame Adusei recent collection.

It featured a crisscross halter-top held by a string and had extreme cut-outs on the chest and torso, with the rest of the curve-hugging material draping down her toned body.

The piece appeared risqué that a sudden movement would have caused an inevitable wardrobe malfunction. However, the fiery and bold images shot by photographer April Johnston proved otherwise.

"Alien Guest Star. Hoping to be bumped up to series regular," the "Breakin' All Rules" actress captioned her Instagram, adding in a separate post, "BTS from the spaceship."

She also posted a video on her Instagram while playing Beyonce's new song "I'm That Girl" in the background.

"40-FINE," she captioned.

Thomas Christos Kikis styled Union while hairstylist Larry Sims and make-up artist Renny Vasquez added finishing touches to her looks.

The star's pictures attracted a flurry of comments as fans were quick to point out her ageless appearance. They were also full of gratitude for her "summer style inspo."

"Ma'am, you are literally aging backwards, and no one can tell me otherwise. You look amazing! This dress looks beautiful on you. I needed some fresh summer-style inspo, and this is it!" an Instagram user commented.

Another fan alluded to a song from Beyonce's new album "Renaissance," writing, "How many times have you played "Alien Superstar" by Beyoncé? I need to know."

"Where can I buy this super hot sexiness?" commented another.

"Yessssssss. I need to go to the spaceship and buy me a new sets. My Queen didn't come to play this summer; she came to slay," another user chimed in, adding a series of love and fire emojis.

This is not the first time the actress is setting a fashion precedent. At the 2021 Met Gala, Union had all heads turning for the Iris Van Herpen gown she wore to the event.

The gown was an aesthetically pleasing dress that had over 10,000 spheres made from a special translucent fabric.

"Thousands of spheres are cut and layered in size gradients from a translucent white 'liquid' fabric and laser cut with a fine silver outline," designer Herpen wrote, adding, "To then be handstitched seamlessly in a multilevel optical illusion from which waves seem to float down weightlessly."

In an interview with E! News, the actress–who mentioned that the look took over 1400 man hours– explained what the dress meant to her.

"It's all about change," she began. "What's needed in America, what's needed in fashion, and with each step, this dress changes, and you see different colors. You see different textures, and that's what it should be all about."

In March 2022, Union relaunched her collaboration with Fashion to Figure, a plus-size women's retailer founded with the sole aim of bridging the gap between each size spectrum.

"There should not be a divide in what was offered to straight-size customers versus plus," Union shared in a press release. "Inclusivity means all, and that's what's driven my return to Fashion to Figure and the Saadia Group. We did not want to just extend sizes or to create a new collection specifically for curves."

She continued, "We wanted to give all of our customers — across New York & Company and Fashion to Figure — the same offerings because that's what fashion equality is all about." The collection comprised various dressy, daytime, and special occasion pieces available in straight and plus sizes.
