It seems Hilaria Baldwin is determined to keep up her yoga routine, baby or no baby!

Hilaria has been pregnant several times before. She and "30 Rock" actor Alec Baldwin married in 2012 and welcomed their first child in 2013. They now share children Carmen Gabriela, 8, Rafael Thomas, 7, Leonardo Ángel Charles, 5, Romeo Alejandro David, 3 1/2, and Eduardo “Edu” Pao Lucas, who was born in September 2020. María Lucía Victoria, the couple’s newest daughter, was born last spring.

It seems Hilaria's learned what her pregnant body can handle as she performed an intense yoga pose... upside-down!

Hilaria Baldwin Does An Upside-Down Headstand With A Noticeable Baby Bump!

On Friday morning, Hilaria posted a photo of her doing an upside-down headstand, her arms braced a little ways in front of her head as she performs a headstand with one leg raised straight out in front of her. Although Hilaria could plant her foot against the wall beside her for support, fans can see that her toe is hovering about an inch away from the floor.

Her brown hair is piled on the floor by her head, and it looks like a silver necklace has slipped down from her neck and is resting on her chin as she holds the pose. Since it’s just a photo, it’s impossible to know how long she held the position, but it’s still pretty impressive nonetheless, especially with that noticeable baby bump.

“Starting her on yoga early ✨,” Hilaria wrote in the caption of the photo, although at least one fan did express their concern. “Be careful ?????❤️❤️❤️,” Leslie Jordan commented.

“Namaste ??,” another follower added. “?❤️,” commented another fan. Another asked, “Is it a her!!?!!!” Hilaria revealed earlier this year that she is welcoming another daughter into her growing family. Although she revealed that she would be due in the fall during her initial pregnancy announcement, she hasn't disclosed a date. However, Hilaria did reveal last month that she has begun her final trimester.

Hilaria Has Yet To Disclose A Due Date For Her Latest Bundle Of Joy!

On July 14, Hilaria posted an Instagram video showing her doing some squats and other pelvic floor concentration exercises to prepare her for before and after she gives birth.

As she explained in the caption of her video, “As I begin the final trimester of this pregnancy, I feel my body slowing down. I love exercising while pregnant and feel grateful that my pregnancies have allowed for me to be active.”

“We all know that every pregnancy is different and much control we have to let go to nature and listen to what our reality is,” she continued, reflecting on her past pregnancy experiences. “I got pregnant with Carmen at 28 and I’m 38 to have this baby girl. Age and wear and tear of so many pregnancies and babies are things I def feel ?.”

While she was feeling nostalgic, Hilaria explained that she started “looking at old photos of the babes and I found this video from a few years ago. These are exercises I do now and will be some of the first I go back to after I give birth. Lots of pelvic floor concentration here with squats. Obvs no heels…you guys know me: always moving around with whatever I am wearing ?.”

“Respecting the slowing down process and then the slow rev up again after baby. The expansion and contraction of the body,” she concluded. “How grateful I am to have these experiences in my life’s story.”

Hilaria Baldwin Reveals What Exercises She WON'T Do When She's Pregnant!

About five days ago, Hilaria shared another throwback video for her followers. Although upside-down headstands appear to be okay, it seems that concentrated ab exercises is out of the question.

“I don’t do ab exercises when I’m pregnant,” she wrote in the brief caption. “This was when I was recovering from Romeo’s pregnancy and birth. This is one of my favorite routines I’ve made. Notice how I don’t lower too much with my arms. All about core and arm focus. Slow and steady, as always…listening to the body ?.”

Fans applauded her for listening to her body and caring for herself during her pregnancy. Other fans thanked her for sharing the video. One follower commented, “Saved for my routine.” Another added, “Excellent form and guidance. ❤️ Thank you. ?.”
