Jennifer Aniston Sets a Guinness World Record

Jennifer Aniston shows fans appreciation and proves her loyalty to and passion for creating depth in the characters she plays. Oct. 15 marks the day this beautiful actress created an Instagram account, the pressure from fans overflowing her follower numbers, setting a Guinness World Record. Staying on the up, just on Jan. 19 she brings home a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series. If this isn't enough to prove her dedication and talent on screen, I don't know what will.

Only two days after receiving the SAG Award, Aniston's Instagram has reached a staggering 24.9 million followers. All in three months, fans gather in unbelievable numbers, but they didn't wait long to break Instagram records. The ever gorgeous actress pulled in a million subscribers in record time, five hours and sixteen minutes after she hit the Sign Up button.
Fans aren't the only people jumping for joy; her friends and fellow co-stars of the Apple TV+ hit series, The Morning Show, are thankful for her account creation as well. On the very first day, Lisa Kudrow, Courteney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, and David Schwimmer all gained an additional half a million followers.

Just two days before her account creation, she was interviewed by Entertainment Tonight, targeted at discussing the prospect of Aniston getting involved in Social Media. America's Sweetheart notes,
"It's something that is a part of our world now and it's not going away."
Reese Witherspoon has always been active and embraces social media, which is encouraging to Aniston to take part in current worldwide conversation, be a part of the narrative. Who else other than a good friend and co-worker of Aniston's to get her Instagram rolling.

After receiving the 2020 SAG Award, she spoke to reporters backstage. According to Deadline, she said,
“I’m not gonna say it was peer pressure, but it was peer pressure. Listen, if you can’t beat them, join them. Right?”
She plays roles with such passion and is a pleasure to see on screen; Fans can see why joining Instagram is good for her. She's active and seems to be enjoying the conversation so far.
She's also caught snagging a photo for Instagram, riding to the award ceremony, trying to keep from wrinkling her dress.
