Mackenzie McKee just proved that she's the "Teen Mom" fitness queen. The Oklahoma-based mom who joined "Teen Mom OG" in 2019 is now a rising face, but Mackenzie hasn't let her reality career get in the way of her fitness.

December 2019 was incredibly painful for Mackenzie as mom Angie Douthit lost her battle against lung cancer. While Mackenzie has taken to Instagram to show a rare video of Angie's final days, this photo was looking at the future, not the past.

The snap showed McKee posing confidently and stylishly outfitted in a pale purple sports bra paired with matching sweatpants. Mackenzie's rock-hard abs were on show alongside her strong and lean arms. Mackenzie delivered a beautiful smile as she posed with one hand on her waist, then taking to her caption to address her followers.

Mackenzie's post was formed of two photos – the second showed the star posing with one arm raised.

A caption from Mackenzie mentioned her business with a pumped feel.

"New year, new goals. Coming out of the holidays has been a tough one. Who is ready to crush their 2020 fitness goals? Let me help you. Fans have been replying. While one user even queried whether the star's fitness plan is available in The Netherlands, others were zero'ing in on Mackenzie's super-fit body.

"I want my body to be fit like yours! What's the secret?" one fan asked.

"Such a phenomenal looking woman and you have a amazing body," another said.

Mackenzie put her ripped muscles on show in 2019 as she competed in a bikini-modeling competition. The event saw her train hard, but it likewise brought out mentions of Mackenzie's life-long health issue.

Mackenzie is Type 1 diabetic. The battle to keep blood sugars stable is a daily one for Mackenzie. An Instagram update made in July 2019 saw Mackenzie open up about the condition.

"Some days are harder than others, I am slowly learning to accept type 1 diabetes. I honestly don’t mind all daily needles and pokes, but being sick is miserable. Anyways, it’s been a rough two weeks. But nothing will stop me, I’m finding my fire, I’m pushing through, and I’m climbing to the top when they said I couldn’t."

Mom Angie's death hit Mackenzie hard. Viewers saw Angie at Stage 4, with this grandmother's fight also documented on social media. Angie was diagnosed with cancer in January 2018 and passed away last month.
