Kate Beckinsale Reveals 'Jogger's Nipple' Consequence Of Busty Bead Jumpsuit

Kate Beckinsale's recent social media activity delivered two things – one smoking hot red carpet look and one giant confession.

Kate attended the 2020 Producers Guild Awards this weekend, rocking up in a super-snazzy, super-sparkly gold jumpsuit that left little to the imagination. The 46-year-old had put on a giant cleavage-baring display in her Zuhair Murad piece, taking to Instagram on Saturday night to show off both the look and a little reveal.

The star's 3.8 million followers know her to be a snappy one with captions. Kate's latest post was just another reminder of it.

Kate's photos showed her posing in the plunging gold jumpsuit donned for the event. The low-cut one-piece boasted flared leg tailoring, loose fabrics on the left arm, and a cut-out deal over on the right arm only rivaled by that daring cleavage display.

The beaded and crystal-embellished jumpsuit seemed to have caused a problem for the "Pearl Harbor" actress, though – Kate let her fans in on it via her caption.

"How the night went A-Z also slight joggers’s nipple from the beading(not pictured)," she wrote.

Kate can always rely on her Instagram followers for some helpful feedback. Plenty came in as the star's fans took the comments section – in fact, one had a suggestion.

"Sounds like you should [sic] deployed siome pasties! Lol," they wrote.

Not all of Kate's fans seemed to know what jogger's nipple is – one user asked the star what she was talking about.

Jogger's nipple is the result of chafing when a runner's clothing brushes against their chest – the condition can lead to cracked skin, even bleeding in some cases.

Kate is a workout queen. The actress defies her 46 years (regularly making headlines for it), with rarely a week passing without Kate being snapped hitting the gym.

Kate does seem to choose a unique gym wardrobe: leggings and high-heeled boots are her standard as she hits her sweat sessions, but the body we've seen unveiled in a recent photoshoot is proof that this girl puts in the grind.

Back In December 2019, Kate fronted Women's Health ahead of its 2020 issue. The photos accompanying the feature flaunted Kate's rock-hard body, with the profile also seeing Kate open up about her lifestyle.

Kate spoke to Women's Health about her diet (chicken or eggs with grass-fed butter are her pre-workout foods), with the actress also revealing an unusual attitude towards cheat foods.

“If I ate too much dark chocolate, it would be like someone else taking cocaine," Kate said as she revealed zero intake of stimulants.

Kate does not consume caffeine or alcohol.

The star does, however, have it easy when it comes to being a super-flexible rubber band. Just recently Kate wowed Instagram having her bare leg yanked up during a home glam session.
