Chelsea Handler Has Turned Into A Beer Drinking Single Parent Post Jo Koy Split!

Chelsea Handler seems to be taking her split from Jo Koy rather well.

The comedian appears to have turned a new leaf and is giving parenting a go, as well as, beer drinking.

She and a group of people, most likely family and close friends, are currently overseas in Europe on vacation.

According to the TV personality, she’s BACK!

Handler posted a series of humorous photos and videos to her Instagram Story on Monday, August 1.

One photo shows a little kid fast asleep across her lap.

“Single parenting is not a joke,” she captioned the photo.

Handler’s Euro trip comes weeks after she and her boyfriend of nearly one-year announced they had decided to go their separate ways.

Koy and Handler’s fans instantly fell in love with their love story and relationship. It was definitely unexpected, shocking and devastating to read the news of their split in mid-July.

Handler made a lengthy post about their split alongside a video the couple had recorded prior to celebrating their one-year anniversary.

“In anticipation of celebrating our first year together, Jo and I recorded this video early, but as many of you have noticed, it is with a heavy heart to announce that we have decided together that it is best for us to take a break from our relationship right now,” her statement read. “This man blew my heart open with love and because of him, my life experience has changed forever. To be loved and adored by @jokoy has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. He renewed my faith in men, in love, in being 100% who I am, and I’ve never been more optimistic for the future.”

Handler’s future is looking pretty optimistic… I mean she did become a beer drinker, which if you know anything about her, vodka is her drink of choice.

In honor of the women’s English soccer team beating Germany 2-1 in overtime, Handler picked up drinking beer.

“I drink beer now, because of women’s soccer,” she wrote over a photo of her taking a gulp from a pint glass.

All-in-all, she seems to be doing great after the breakup, and who knows what Koy and Handler’s romantic future holds.

In the words of Katy Perry, “Just because it’s over doesn’t mean it’s really over.”

Koy has also spoken out about his split from the former “Chelsea Lately” show host.

TMZcaught up with the Filipino comedian at the airport. Koy insisted the breakup hasn’t affected their relationship.

According to sources close to the couple, their overwhelmingly busy schedules affected their relationship and pushed them to take a break. Still, their close friends and fans hope that the two might reconcile one day.

During his conversation with the outlet, Koy made it clear that he and Handler’s split didn’t impact their affection for each other. The comedian also said they remain great friends, with no malice for each other.
