Walmart Apologizes To The Family Of Late Actor Paul Walker

For the past few days, the popular Walmart company has been under heat from fans all over the world after an insensitive post wenrt viral. The rant on social media began when a fan on Twitter talked about Walmart trading Pillsbury cinnamon rolls that come with pink strawberry icing. The Twitter user did not stop there as he shared another tweet featuring a GIF of a wild car chase.
"Me racing to the nearest Wally World," said the user. This seemed like an honest joke, but what followed caused a ruckus on Twitter.
Walmart's social media handler immediately took the opportunity to throw a subtle shade at a late actor known as Paul Walker.
"Hey, Paul Walker. Click it, or ticket." Said the social media page for Walmart.
This response immediately attracted the attention of many fans online who concluded that the tweet was not only insensitive but was an insult to the late actor. One of the reasons why fans were not happy about the tweet, is because the "Fast & Furious" star died in a car crash.
Fans were definitely not having it as many outrightly called out Walmart for the tweet. After many hours of facing backlashes from unrelenting fans, the retailing store came out to issue an apology. They had definitely not known that the tweet will come out as offensive to fans all over the world. Not only did Walmart issue a public apology to fans, but they also pleaded with the family of the late actor for stirring up emotions for no reason on social media.

"We apologize to Paul Walker's family, friends and fans. The tweet was posted in poor judgment and has been removed." Walmart's representative said to TMZ during an interview.
Paul William Walker IV was born in Glendale, California, U.S on September 12, 1973. He was a popular American actor and philanthropist known for his exemplary role in "The Fast And The Furious" as Brian O'Conner.
The actor kicked off his career as a child in the 70, and slowly made his way to the big screens.

Walker became a prominent actor in the industry by featuring in several thriller and action movies, and fans loved everything about him. He was also a known philanthropist who did not miss any avenue to help people in need. He is the sole founder of Reach Out World Wide (ROWW), a disaster-relief foundation.
The actor was no doubt on to greater things, but unfortunately, he died on November 30, 2013. The cause of death was said to be a single-car crash.
Walker is survived by a daughter, Meadow Rain Walker.
