Kate Beckinsale never ceases to amaze and impressed fans with her flexible moves as she was getting prepped for Sunday's award show. The "Underworld" star shared a video of herself on Instagram while getting ready for the Critics' Choice Awards. Dressed in a little simple cotton number, Beckinsale sat comfortably while her team applied makeup to her body while a hairstylist was primping and curling her lovely locks.
Applying makeup seemed like a breeze for Beckinsale's team, as she was able to lift her leg into the air with ease in a way that would send others to a chiropractor.

"Getting ready for the #criticschoiceawards with @robscheppy, @peter.savic, Clive, Myf and NO SCRUBS. Rob’s pretty thorough," Beckinsale captioned her video.
The star was only in her undies, and strategically posted her kitty, Willow, in her lap. Beckinsale looked like a stereotypical crime lord while stroking her cat during the glam session.
Of course, she also paid homage to TLC with their hit song, "No Scrubs," and was blasting the 1999 Grammy Award-winning track while getting ready for the show.
Fun Fact: "No Scrubs" was co-written by "RHOA" star Kandi Burruss and T.I.'s wife, Tameka "Tiny" Harris.

It's not the first time Kate Beckinsale has wowed fans with her limberness, as she made headlines last year after sharing a video of her training stretching the star out.
Apparently she credits her flexibility to years of ballet as a child, however, after Beckinsale's video went viral there were rumors that her leg was made of rubber.
During an appearance with Jimmy Fallon, she explained the situation.
"My mum texted me and said that in England people think I've got a fake leg," she told Fallon.

Beckinsale added that ""I'm quite flexible, so now there's a thought that possibly I've got a rubber leg or a pretend leg."
"I've always been like that," she said. "I did a lot of ballet when I was a kid and now I can cause worry about a fake leg. That's really all I've got."
She admitted that if she had not let the public in on a fake leg by now, then, "I've kept it awfully quiet for decades."
We're on to you.
