Dr. Pimple Popper -- See The Highlight Reel Of Blackheads!

Over the last few days, fans have been asking Dr. Sandra Lee to post more blackhead pops rather than all the cysts...so she did.
"As you requested, more blackheads!" the doctor captioned a highlight reel of blackhead pops.
The video begins with the doctor using her extraction tool on a gentlemen's face but if you keep watching you can see there are a few great blackheads being hammered...you have to see it!
For some reason fans of the show love when Dr. PP goes after a huge group of blackheads. Even if they are not huge, they pack a huge punch!
"It is soooooo satisfying watching blackheads popped!!!!" on fan posted.
"Yes more more more soft pops. Not those basketball ? sized lipomas lol." another said.
Although we kind of like the basketball-sized ones!
One popaholic asked, "My husband has a blackhead on his back that I love to pop. But it comes back every time. I get as much out as possible. What do I do to stop it from coming back? Not that I’m complaining. I love popping it every few weeks."

The clip actually sparked a debate on using the extraction tool instead of the good ol' squeeze method.
"What is the tool you use to do this? Is it only a medical device or is it something we could purchase? I feel like one of these would help me tremendously!" one person said.
"How come when I use a tool like that nothing comes out and it just hurts and turns bright red," a person added about using it themselves.
The best one: "What about that one trying to hide in his lashes? We thought the same thing!
Dr. Pimple Popper takes on this enormous blackhead...and what fires out is exactly what you think might come flying out!
"This happens because ya don’t use washcloths ?" one popaholic commented. Another added, "So do these people not shower or what happens to get these like this lol"
In the video, there is a great conversation happening between Dr. PP and her patient that is hilarious! The lady's husband is in the room and the group discusses how he has pointed this same blackhead for years. It is great!

Take a look at how thick this blackhead actually is...how can some much come out of that small of a hole!

The answer is YES!
"Why do blackheads make me want to throw up ??? ? I can watch anything else," another person posted.
Bottom line: A few people actually asked for Dr. Pimple Popper to take on the one next to it. That's just a mole....sorry!
