Adele 'Tells Fans' About 100-Pound Weight Loss: How She Did It

Adele's staggering weight loss has been making global headlines ever since Caribbean beach photos of the 31-year-old singer sparked a social media frenzy – the Brit was photographed in a blue-and-white dress showing off her uber-whittled-down frame, although the singer's new body appeared to leave fans divided.
There's been an update.
Adele is reported to have been grabbing food at a beachside eatery during her vacation with Harry Styles and James Corden – and she's said to have engaged in weight talk with a fan.
Lexi Larson delivered the following news to People magazine:
"Adele came over and sat down next to me and my friend and was like, So what can I do for you girls?'”
"We were so excited. We were talking to her for a little while, and then she got Harry Styles to come over and sit with us also. We took a picture with Harry, and we talked to them for 15 minutes probably," Lexi added, following with:
"She said she lost something like 100 pounds, and that it’s such a crazy positive experience."
Adele's skinny minny body is said to be down to dieting – well, 90%. The singer herself has not made any public statements about her weight since the New Year storm – pilates pal Ayda Field's trainer Camila Goodis did, however, dish on her thoughts.
"I trained Ayda for a long time and it happens that they are good friends so I did Adele when she was there in Robbie’s house," she said, mentioning Robbie Wiliams.
“I don’t believe she [Adele] liked exercise much but she has changed her lifestyle and I believe that 90 percent was dieting," Camila added.

Back in 2015, Adele spoke out about the scrutiny she's faced.
“I’ve always been asked questions about my body and my weight and my size and my style and stuff like that. And I totally understand. It’s a bit annoying that men don’t get asked that question as much," she said.
“But other than that it seemed to astound people that I was plus size and being successful, that was how I felt,” she added. “I don’t care anyway. You don’t see music, you listen to music, so what does it even matter?” the Grammy award winner added.

For all the times you've shaken your head at multi-millionaire celebs barely leaving 20% for the waitstaff, here's something to smile about.
Adele's Anguilla vacation may have sparked weight concerns, but it brought something else to the table – literally. Together with former One Direction star Harry Styles and "Late Late Show" host James Corden, Adele left a sweet $2,020 restaurant tip for one lucky server as the three dined out.
Of course, the whole Adele storm is now a phenomenon, with the patterned dress she wore even having sold out (and become a bit of a thing).
