According to Hollywood Life, Rob Kardashian is accusing ex-girlfriend,Blac Chyna of some crazy stuff regarding their daughter. However, no one but them knows what it is yet because the court documents have not been made public yet. However, according to TMZ, and the undisclosed documents, Rob is reporting behavioral changes in little Dream. Not only this but his sister Khloe Kardashian agrees with him and reports the same thing. She says she is seeing behavioral changes in his daughter as well.

if the report by TMZ is accurate, then this is a major change from March of 2019. That was when the ex-couple had reached a custody agreement between them. It was a mutual agreement to not only be civil for their daughter but to share custody so she could have both of her parents in her life, equally. Not only did they agree to be civil and share the custody of little Dream, but they also agreed to share their daughter's expenses halfway including medical, school, and whatever else she needs.

Because of this custody agreement they had with each other, Kardashian didn't have to pay the $20,000 per month in child support anymore.
Now, with these serious allegations against Blac Chyna according to Rob and Khloe Kardashian both agreeing they see behavioral changes in his daughter, and saying they have undisclosed court documents, no one knows what is going to happen between the former couple.
Hollywood Life has not been able to read the court documents although TMZ reportedly knows something. However, Hollywood Life did reach out to the reps of Rob and Blac Chyna both but have not received any comments about this yet. They have also reached out to Rob and Blac Chyna's reps to determine if whether or not it is true that Rob is free from paying the $20K per month child support still. However, they have not received any comments from them yet.
When the $20K per month child support was dropped, Rob then posted a Tweet that has since been deleted, although AP News shared it before it was deleted which said, "Angela the mother of my child whom I have a wonderful relationship with decided to drop the child support case because she felt it was in the best interest of our daughter.”
Although this may have been the case at one time, tensions were brought on again between the former couple in June of 2019 when Blac Chyna blasted Rob on Twitter for not wanting to allow their daughter to appear on Chyna's show, The Real Blac Chyna.

According to the Tweet posted by Chyna, she said, "As Executive Producer of my show, It is very unfortunate that Rob could not simply have an adult conversation with me ‘the mother of his child."
In the past few months since the ex-couple stopped fighting over custody of their daughter publicly on social media, fans finally got some relief seeing them both enjoying spending time with Dream. Although it was separate time spent with just Dream without the other ex-partner. They both spoiled their daughter, separately for her third birthday.
During her third birthday, while spending the time with Rob without Chyna around, he took his daughter on an expensive and lavish helicopter ride. When it was Blac Chyna's turn to spoil their daughter by herself, she threw an Alladin themed birthday party for little Dream.
More recently Blac Chyna posted on Instagram a photo of she and Dream running around a Christmas tree during Christmas of 2019. She also posted pictures on her Insta showing she and a happy little Dream at the zoo during the same month.
