Kanye West Follows Kim Kardashian Into The House Of Balenciaga

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian will always be tied to one another given they have four children together.

However, Kim has moved on from their marriage with Pete Davidson, and Kanye has had his fair share of female flings since their divorce was partially finalized in March.

Now, it looks like rapper is following in his wife’s Balenciaga footsteps.

Kanye, who formally changed his name to ‘Ye’ earlier this year, just announced his Yeezy GAP engineered by Balenciaga is available in stores.

On Thursday, July 21, the rap star shared a plethora of videos to the @yeezy Instagram account.

The videos showed multiple video game-like figures modeling his Yeezy Gap line with his signature black face mask.

“YEEZY GAP ENGINEERED BY BALENCIAGA AVAILABLE NOW,” he captioned all nine videos.

You may recall, Ye’s ex-wife was announced as the face of Balenciaga in February.

I’m sure the rapper played a major part in making this deal happen for his then-wifey.

Prior to the big reveal, Kim was a walking billboard for the designer brand, basically wearing Balenciaga all day every day.

Right around the time of her “Saturday Night Live” hosting debut, fans noticed her obsession with Balenciaga and Pete.

The Blast recently reported on Kanye’s ex-girlfriend, Amber Rose, weighing in on Kim’s new romance and the end of their marriage.

In case you didn’t know, Rose and West dated from 2008-2010 and had a pretty public breakup.

The former “Loveline” podcast host has said in the past that the SKIMs creator played a factor in her breakup with West.

KimYe officially got together in 2012, but their history dates back to 2002/2003. They then appeared onscreen together in 2008 for a pilot titled, “Alligator Boots.”

Upon Rose and West breaking up, the “Jesus Is King” rapper went on a Twitter spree about Rose.

In one tweet West said he “had to take 30 showers before I got with Kim” after dating Rose.

Rose shot back in a flurry of tweets as well.

“Wait 30 showers? But Kim let Ray J *** on her… Never mind,” one tweet read.

“@kanyewest This is my moment to let the world know who you really are and the things you’ve don’t to me,” her tweet spree continued. “After all these years I never snitched on u and I don’t plan on starting now. We once loved each other so I won’t do u like that.”

Rather she claimed the KarTRASHians would do him that justice.

“@kanyewest I’ll leave that up to the Kartrashians to humiliate u when they’re done with u.”

Well, she wasn’t wrong about them being ‘done’ with him.

Now that we’re caught up on Rose and West’s drama, let’s get back to what she had to say during the podcast.

Rose admitted that she “of course” saw Kimye’s divorce coming.

Kim filed to end her marriage with the rap star in February 2021. It was finalized in March 2022.

When asked about her feelings toward Kanye, she responded, “I have my own… I don’t want to say ‘feelings’ for him, because sounds like it’s a positive thing for Kanye,” she told Harper. “I have my own issues and feelings, how I feel about how our relationship was.”

Ironically enough, Rose and Kanye’s ex-wife share the same birthday on October 21.

She pointed out that people can share the same birthday, but the way a person grows up is what shapes them.

“I grew up poor in Philly, I had to hustle and struggle. Her life was very privileged, with money and being out here in LA — which is cool," she said.

As for Kim and West’s relationship and marriage, Rose never had any ill-will toward the former couple.

“I always hope for the best for them. I never had any ill feelings, like 'I hope they get divorced' or 'he's going to get his day,’” Rose admitted.

At the time of their marriage, Rose was dating Wiz Khalifa and married him in 2013; however, in 2014 she filed for divorce.

Despite once being at odds with Kim and Kanye, the social media influencer wishes Kim the best with Pete Davidson.

"When they finally got divorced, I was like 'mmm.' She seems happy now though, with Pete," Rose added.
