'Teen Mom' Star Amber Portwood Rushes To Court In Custody Battle With Baby Daddy Andrew Glennon

“Teen Mom” star Amber Portwood is back in court fighting her ex Andrew Glennon and asking the court for help.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Amber filed a motion in the custody battle over their one-year-old son. The reality star is asking for an “Injunction Against Custodial Parent to Prevent Interference with Parenting Time.”
Amber is asking the court to stop Andrew from interfering when she has time with their kid. Andrew has yet to respond to the motion in court. A hearing date has not been set.
Last year, Andrew filed for custody of their kid after Amber was arrested for domestic violence. She allegedly pulled a machete on her baby daddy during an altercation. The reality star was charged with domestic battery, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and a felony domestic battery
In October, Amber reached a plea deal with prosecutors in the criminal case. She entered a plea of “guilty to Count 1 Domestic Battery (Level 6 Felony) and was sentenced. Ms. Portwood was sentenced to 2.5 years of Probation (906 days).” She was facing a year behind bars.
In his original petition, Andrew demanded primary custody with Amber only receiving supervised visitation. At one point, he asked the court to allow him to move to California. Amber objected to the move in court. They reached a temporary deal over custody which included Andrew not moving.
Per the plea agreement, Amber can leave the state of Indiana for work purposes, otherwise, she has to get approval.
Amber was ordered to complete 26 weeks of parenting classes, submit to mental health evaluation and treatment along with a substance abuse evaluation. She also has to complete a batterer’s intervention program.
The “Teen Mom” star has to submit to random urine and breath testing while on probation.
The judge ordered Portwood to have no contact with Glennon unless talking about arranging custody and visitation of their son.
