Sofia Richie Flaunts Toned Abs In Tiny Bikini In South France

It seems Sofia Richie is enjoying her time in the sun!
The youngest daughter of superstar Lionel Richie is currently on vacation with her family and friends in South France. The Tommy Hilfiger model was photographed walking around town and swimming in the water in a head-turning bikini that had everyone checking out her toned abs!

In a series of snaps, Sofia Richie puts her toned abs on full display as she walks around town. She was photographed swimming around in the water, leaning over a railing, and walking up and down stairs as she tried to cool off in this sweltering heat wave.
A lot of fans have been going crazy over her vacation photos, as she was recently photographed swimming around a yacht in a bright purple bikini. Sofia hasn't been shy about posting her intense workout routines and her favorite foods on Instagram, so it's no secret how she stays bikini body ready, even in the winter.
According to Rachel Attard, the 23-year-old fashion designer likes to keep to a balanced, healthy diet. They checked out all of the food Sofia usually posts on her Instagram Stories to capture what a typical day might look like for her.
For example, she enjoys eating eggs, toast, and blueberries in the morning before starting a workout. If she’s feeling extra hungry, she might swap out the toast for pancakes and add a few slices of bacon.
When she’s on vacation – so, like, now – she eats fresh fruit in the morning with a cup of tea for a relaxing morning meal that's easy on the stomach before she goes swimming.
If she’s not going out to eat at a restaurant, Sofia is a big fan of salads and usually likes to eat a variety of greens, including kale, spinach, and arugula to get the full nutritional benefits of each. In one Instagram Story that Rachel Attard checked out, she added chopped cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and salmon to her greens before topping the whole thing off with a drizzle of vinaigrette.
It seems that the social media personality is also a big fan of sandwiches. Most of her lunch staples seem to include deli meat, tomatoes, and avocado. The jury is still out as to whether or not she toasts her bread first!
Sofia Has A Bikini Body All Year Round... And She DOESN'T Avoid Carbs!
It may be surprising for a lot of fans to learn that Sofia Richie does not stay away from carbs. When she’s out at a restaurant, she’s a big fan of Italian pasta dishes, although she’s also been photographed munching down on pizza, especially slices drizzled with truffle oil.
When she’s not on vacation, however, her dinner staples usually look a lot healthier and are simpler to prepare. For example, one of her dinner staples includes chicken with potatoes and sauteed carrots.
Considering how hot it is outside, Sofia knows the importance of staying hydrated. Even when she’s not on vacation, she usually turns to a glass of green juice to keep her both full and hydrated as a quick snack to get her through the day. She’s also been known to snack on smoothies or freshly chopped fruits or vegetables when she’s feeling hungry.
One smoothie that she reportedly enjoys consists of red apples, celery, cucumbers, romaine, parsley, lemon, ginger, kale, and spinach to get a quick dose of antioxidants in an easy on-the-go meal.
In terms of workouts, Us Magazine took a behind-the-scenes look into her “painful” workout routine. Along with friend Vas J Morgan, she powered through lunges, squat walks with a resistance band, bent-over rows, and weighted RDLs.
Sofia definitely isn’t afraid to throw some weights around! She was also spotted doing side lunges with an overhead press, reverse sit-ups, and sit-ups with a single-arm press.
Sofia Richie definitely works herself hard in the gym, but as fans can tell, the results are totally worth it!
