Benjamin Levi Madden was born in Waldorf, Maryland, United States, on March 11, 1979. He is a known vocalist, Songwriter, American guitarist and backing vocalist. Madden is part of a boy band called "Good Charlotte" and also collaborates with "The Madden Brothers," to make music. In 2015, the 40-year-old singer became on of the coaches alongside his twin brother, Joel, on a music talent show called "The Voice," but left after a year. Aside from music, Madden is also a fashion designer.

He opened a fashion line called "Made Clothing," with his two brothers, Josh and Joel, however, the line was shut down after a while. In 2006, they renamed the clothing line "DCMA Collective," which was fully opened on March 15, 2008 in Los Angeles. Some years later, the clothing line closed finally, and the brothers went on to do other things.

Although Madden was part of a boy band, he still made music with his brother, Joel, and the duo was good at it.

Madden was involved in a boxing match on April 3, 2010 against Riki Rachtman, The match took place at a place called "The Joint" in Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, located at Las Vegas. Into the first round, which lasted only 1 minute and 42 seconds, Madden won by knocking Rachtman out.

A year later, Madden and his brother released a mix-tape that featured artists like Cassie Vegas, Wiz Khalifa, Rockie Fresh, HXLT and Kreayshawn. From 2013 to 2014, Madden helped write a lot of songs with the Madden brothers and sang back-up a few times.
