‘America’s Got Talent’ & ‘The Voice’ Singer Nolan Neal Dead At 41

Singer Nolan Neal passed away at age 41.
The talented singer and musician was featured on both America’s Got Talent and The Voice. TMZ reported that he was found dead in his Nashville apartment on Monday.
The Cause Of Death Of Nolan Neal Has Not Been Confirmed
Although Nolan Neal had been open about his struggles with substance abuse and addiction, no cause of death has been identified. According to TMZ, Neal's roommate had called the police after finding his body in one of the bedrooms of his apartment.
Officers told the outlet that Neal's bed was next to a desk that held a guitar pick that "appeared to be covered in a powder residue." However, officials are still waiting on an autopsy to confirm his official cause of death.
Neal had recently performed on America’s Got Talent in season 15, which aired in 2020. During the quarterfinal round, he performed his original song “Send Me A Butterfly.”
During the competition, he also performed the song "Lost," which he said he wrote after getting clean. His emotional performance earned him a standing ovation from all four judges.
Four years earlier, Neal had earned a spot on NBC's The Voice after he performed the popular Incubus song, "Drive." He was placed on Adam Levine's team before he was eventually eliminated.

On Monday night, his official fan page called the Nolan Neal Navy posted a message announcing the late singer's passing.
The message read, “Sing in peace with the angels. The world is missing a bright light and Heaven just got a new music director. 10.05.80- 07.18.22.”

Many fans also took to social media to share their condolences for the beloved singer. One fan wrote, "Rest In Peace #NolanNeal Send us a butterfly friend 🦋 Nashville and the world of music lost a beautiful voice and soul today."
