“Keeping Up With The Kardashians” has been on E! for 17 seasons. Starting in 2007 and shooting 252 episodes. That is a lot of time, a lot of your life to give to the public. The Jenner/Kardashian family is surely bigger than this show at this point. They get invited to the MET Gala, they are endorsed by powerhouses like Balmain and Givenchy. Even the President counts them as something more than associates. The family is worth Billions combined, mostly thanks to Kim and Kylie. While we enjoy seeing them on our TV screens every Sunday we have to wonder, when will they call it quits?

In the latest season, we see Kim battling it out with older sister Kourtney because the mom of three had doubts about continuing to film the show. Kourtney doesn’t make it easy on her sister as she openly admits that she wouldn’t care if the show ended. It looks like she and Kim go back and forth on this season with Kourt saying “Kim can be the biggest f*cking evil person on the planet,” and Kim later saying, “We’re firing Kourtney. She’s out.” It looks like the show is slowly falling apart on its own.

Kourt could be taking a step back soon rather than later. She has always maintained that one day she would not be living in the United States. During an interview with “Paper Magazine”, Kourt said. “I always say I want to move away someday and just be away from it all. Sail away. No one will ever see me again. I keep throwing up different places, but then I’ll go there to visit and I’ll be like, ‘Nope, this isn’t it, but glad I came.’ We’ve just been to Finland. And I was like, ‘Check, it’s great for me to visit, but I’m not going to move there.’ Maybe Norway. Switzerland? I’ve got a lot of ideas.” She also just wants to focus on being a mom. Being present in her kid's lives.

In a recent interview, Kris Jenner admitted that Kylie Jenner was appearing on KUWTK a lot less. This isn’t as problematic for Kim because Kylie and Kendall have different contracts from Khloe and Kourtney. This allows Kylie to focus her energy on what Kris says she enjoys doing most. Her cosmetic line. The Kylie Jenner Cosmetics line has made Kylie the youngest “self-made billionaire” in the world. This is such a huge achievement especially when you are passionate about the project. This, unfortunately, means she has tapped into her potential and needs to focus on that.

Kris said. “She feels like this is where she belongs. This is where her passion is… And this is what she wants to do for the rest of her life.” In an interview with CNBC’s “Squawk Box”, Kris went on to reassure fans that Kylie will still appear on the show, but it seems to be mostly on her own terns. This is now the second family member to be taking a step back from the show. Rightfully, they are all busy with a business built off the back of the show and we do wonder where they even find the time to fit filming into those packed schedules.

Kendall could be next to take a step back. Like Kylie, her career took on a life of its own. She still shows up for family vacations and big events but for the most part, the model is off doing her own thing. The family always negotiates a new contract but maybe now they will be looking to say goodbye. Could season 18 be the last for the iconic family? They sure have enough to keep them busy and generating income for the rest of their lives.
