"Don’t let past or current trauma define who you are. You can walk away from it. Take the time to put those puzzle pieces in the right place," she added. "Tend to YOU. Be vulnerable. Be there for YOU. Be there for people around you and lift each other up. Break the cycle. Be open. Talk. Be there for yourself." Jessie J also encouraged anyone feeling alone or thinking about taking their own life to seek help and posted the number to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

While several fans didn't read the whole caption and instantly thought she was talking about her recent breakup with Channing Tatum, the actor proved he was there to support his ex. Commenting on her emotional message with three love heart emojis, the actor showed there are no hard feelings between them. Jessie J's post comes just days after Tatum shared his own IG message reflecting on his tough year which included their breakup after a year of dating and his ongoing divorce with Jenna Dewan.
