Last week the internet was absolutely shaken to the core to hear Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson were expecting another child together.
News broke on Thursday, July 14, that the former couple was planning to expand their family of three.
No, Koko and TT are not back together, but they do co-parent their four-year-old daughter True Thompson.

A representative for Khloe did confirm the news in a statement that read, “We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November. Khloé is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family.”
It’s been confirmed Khloe’s second bundle of joy, which will be via surrogate, is a baby boy.
Khloe’s Baby Is A … BOY!
The Blast recently reported that Khloe has always had a desire to give a baby brother to True.
“Khloé has always wanted a little brother for True and decided to go ahead with having the baby with the support of her family,” an insider shared with PageSix.
Given the baby was conceived in November, this month would be the baby’s due date. When the baby news first broke it was rumored the child would be born soon or had already been born.
Looking at Khloe’s lack of social media activity… there’s a good chance baby boy Thompson is here!
Prior to Thursday’s news, Khloe was on an Instagram bender posting photos and Stories almost daily.
Since July 9, the “Kocktails With Khloe” host was publishing multiple posts daily.
However, her last post was made on July 13th. It’s been radio silence ever since on her grid and her IG Story.

Did Khloe Welcome Her Baby Already?!?
It very well could be. We can neither confirm nor deny she’s welcomed her baby boy, but when you’re a Kardashian with a social media team to post archive content on your behalf and you choose NOT TO… something’s up!
Tristan and Khloe’s baby boy was conceived before his paternity scandal broke. But, his third baby momma Maralee Nichols was HEAVILY pregnant in November with his son, Theo.
Nichols gave birth to Tristan’s third child in early December and sued the NBA player.
Since giving birth to Theo, Nichols has made claims that the basketballer has neglected their son entirely and has not paid any child support.
In the statement given to PEOPLE on Tuesday, February 15, the spokesperson alleged that Thompson was an absent father in his newest son’s life, stating: “Despite news reports stating otherwise, Tristan Thompson has done nothing to support their son. He has not made any attempt to meet their son, nor has he provided any financial assistance.”
The source then added, “In the future, we hope that reporters covering this situation contact us to confirm any facts before publishing.”
Despite being ignored and neglectful, Nichols is focused on raising her child.
According to Us Weekly the fitness influencer is “truly focused on raising Theo. Nichols is also making “navigating motherhood as a single mom” her main priority.
