'Growing Up Hip-Hop' Star Angela Simmons Squeezes In Sweaty Sauna Workout Ahead Of 2020

Angela Simmons has squeezed in one last workout ahead of 2020 – and she did it in a sauna.

The "Growing Up Hip-Hop" star and daughter to Rev Run took to Instagram on December 31 to share a sweat session that was intense, grueling, and fully undertaken in the heat of a sauna.

The video showed Angela pushing herself to the limits in a tight pair of camo-print leggings, a yellow sports bra, and a blue waist-trainer. The moves included ab and core work, jumping jacks, and sit-ups that Angela performed without a hitch.

Angela captioned her video with words that definitely promoted the waist-trainer she was wearing, but the 32-year-old equally shared some self-love and confidence.

"Been going easy on myself ... this next year ... I got some greatness lined up with Built Not Bought !!! So excited!!! Although I haven’t fully achieved every fitness goal this year .. I gained the confidence in loving every inch of my body !!! 2020 you haven’t seen nothing yet @whatwaistofficial ♥️," she wrote, before continuing to promote the featured brand.

Angela definitely raked in the engagement with this video: the footage clocked over 92,000 views in its first three hours, also bringing in over 115 comments.

"What's your fitness goal for next year?" one fan asked.

"I love your thickness and how you embrace it!!" another wrote.

"You about to motivate me all 2020" was another comment.

One user did pick up on the promotional agenda, though, prompting Angela over her not using a "#ad."

"You have to put ad!" they wrote.

The post saw Angela influencing. With no confirmation that it was a paid partnership, though, Angela likely didn't need to use the hashtag.

Feuds aren't just for Cardi B and Nicki Minaj. Angela has one going with co-star Romeo Miller, revealing this month whether things had progressed between the two.

"I guess we can be associates," she said, adding:

"If that's what he wants or he wants to be frenemies. I don't know what he wants. Honestly, I have too much real stuff going on in my life to worry about him thinking negatively on me in public."

No word on Romeo's thoughts on the video.
