TV personality Joe Gorga is known by fans as "The Real Housewives Of New Jersey" star Melissa Gorga's husband and a real estate mogul. He was recently recorded kicking out a tenant from one of his apartments. He was the same one Gorga called out last month for owing four years worth of rent.

In the recording, Gorga could be seen by fans with a deputy sheriff holding eviction papers. The TV personality did not take it easy on the tenant as they both asked him to leave immediately. This was after Gorga reportedly got a permit from the court to evict him after filing and alleging that he owed about $50,000 in rent.

When asked about the situation, Gorga confirmed to TMZ that the tenant was taking his kindness for granted by owing him four years' worth of rent. However, this wasn't the first time he complained about it.

The Blast reported about how Gorga was recorded by the tenant ranting and screaming at him. He was apparently outraged about the rent issue. "You had nowhere to live and I f---ing gave you a f---ing house," Gorga said in the viral recording.

In response, the tenant reminded the TV star that the state had covered his rent for the pandemic. He also insisted that he only owed him rent money from January 2022 till June.

While Gorga was obviously frustrated, he finally got his day in the court and laid his complaints. The judge then agreed that the tenant was in the wrong and had to settle the debt. Gorga was also given permission to kick him out if he refused to.

The eviction drama went down on Tuesday evening. In the video, fans could see the shock on the tenant's face when he opened up his door to Gorga and the sheriff. However, he wasn't alone as a woman was seen with him in the recording. She was obviously confused as she broke down in tears when they were asked to leave.

Per Micheal Martocci, Gorga's rep's statement to TMZ, the tenant contacted his father, who came over and tried to plead for his son. He asked Gorga not to go through with evicting him, which the realtor refused, saying that he had had enough.

Joe Gorga Was Very Upset

RHONJ Fans were shocked at Gorga's behavior in the recording as they hadn't seen that part of him throughout his appearances on the reality show. However, they'd had a glimpse of it from watching the heated exchange in the viral June video.

While he looked very upset and raised his voice for the most part of the recording, his rep noted that he didn't normally behave that way. He also insisted that he didn't like to kick out tenants, but this was a different situation since it was a four-year-long debt.

"This is what happens when you don't pay your rent; you get locked out," fans could hear Gorga say in the clip. "Gotta pay your rent or get locked the f--k out."

According to TMZ, the apartment in question is located in Hawthorne, NJ. The site also reported that the tenant experienced some issues that prevented him from paying up his debt. As a former manager at a restaurant, he was among the thousands who went through hard times during the pandemic. After a lot of struggle, he lost his job and hasn't found his feet since then.

Fans empathized with the tenant by responding to the exchange in the YouTube video's comments. "Joe be going off," one commenter said. Another wrote, "I definitely understand where Joe is coming from, but damn, let that Jersey tough guy s--t go and handle things the right way…. SMH,"

Another commenter wrote, "Joe should know better. He needs to legally evict him." However, Gorga insisted that he'd waited long enough, given enough extensions, and was fed up.
