Pregnant Hilaria Baldwin Reveals She's 'Slowing Down' In Her Final Trimester

On Thursday, Hilaria Baldwin took to Instagram to share another health update regarding her latest pregnancy with her followers.

Hilaria revealed earlier this year that she is welcoming yet another child, a daughter, with husband Alec Baldwin. The couple tied the knot in 2012 and welcomed their first child in 2013.

Hilaria and the “30 Rock” actor share children Carmen Gabriela, 8, Rafael Thomas, 7, Leonardo Ángel Charles, 5, Romeo Alejandro David, 3 1/2, and Eduardo “Edu” Pao Lucas, who was born in September 2020. María Lucía Victoria, the couple’s newest daughter, was born last spring. Alec Baldwin also has a daughter, Ireland Baldwin, 26, with ex-wife Kim Basinger. Alec and Kim were married from 1993 to 2002.

In a lengthy caption, Hilaria revealed that she is in her final stages of pregnancy. She revealed that she was due in the fall, but did not give her fans an exact due date.

"As I begin the final trimester of this pregnancy, I feel my body slowing down," she wrote in the caption of the video. "I love exercising while pregnant and feel grateful that my pregnancies have allowed for me to be active."

"We all know that every pregnancy is different and much control we have to let go to nature and listen to what our reality is," she continued, explaining that she "got pregnant with Carmen at 28 and I’m 38 to have this baby girl. Age and wear and tear of so many pregnancies and babies are things I def feel ?."

Hilaria then discussed the video she shared with her followers on Thursday, saying that it was from "a few years ago."

"I was looking at old photos of the babes and I found this video from a few years ago," she continued. "These are exercises I do now and will be some of the first I go back to after I give birth. Lots of pelvic floor concentration here with squats. Obvs no heels…you guys know me: always moving around with whatever I am wearing ?."

Hilaria added that she is "respecting the slowing down process and then the slow rev up again after baby. The expansion and contraction of the body. How grateful I am to have these experiences in my life’s story."

Although she limited comments on the post, she didn't limit comments on her ultrasound snap that she posted earlier in the week, revealing a very "Baldwinito" looking baby!

On Tuesday morning, Hilaria shared a snap of the ultrasound with her Instagram followers. In the caption, she wrote, “Unsurprisingly, Alec and I are making a very Baldwinito looking baby…yet again ??. There she is!!!”

One follower wrote “Congratulations!!!!” with three red heart emojis.

“She looks like Leo to me in this pic!” another follower wrote.

“She is already perfect!” another fan wrote with a heart-eye emoji. “So happy for you both.”

“You do make beautiful babies together,” another fan commented.

Three weeks ago, Hilaria posted another ultrasound photo of her developing baby. “Newest Baldwinita says ‘hi’,” she wrote in the caption as fans showered the post with red heart emojis.

“Omg! Hi sweetheart,” one follower commented. “Precious baby girl.”

“Awe, can’t wait to see that sweet baby girl,” another wrote.

“She looks like she’s already casting a magic spell,” another fan commented alongside a laughing face emoji.

“Wow, I see the resemblance already,” said another fan.

“Can’t wait to meet her!” another follower shared as fans showered the post with messages of “Congratulations!”

On Tuesday, the “Beetlejuice” actor also shared an adorable snap of three of his children lying in the sand. “A trip to Crabby Town…” he captioned the post.

“I love watching you with your family,” one fan commented.
