The El Moussas are expecting a first and new addition to their growing family, and they are beyond elated!
Heather Rae Young dished on her pregnancy journey, stressing the transformations her body is going through, which she is admittedly not used to, being her first conception in interaction with PEOPLE.
Heather Rae Young Says She Is Getting Used To Her Pregnant Body
The ex-Playboy Playmate of the Month and her devoted husband announced the joyous news of her pregnancy to the news outlet on Wednesday, July 13.
She is ever grateful for the supportive people she has around her amid the pregnancy journey, particularly Tarek, who has been "so supportive" as she adapts to her transforming pregnant body.
Heather explained regarding her 'changing' body, "My body's changing, and I'm obviously not used to certain changes. I see myself naked now, and I'm seeing my belly grow and other areas of my body."
She added that it was a difficult change, and she could neither fit in her bras nor button her jeans as she had outgrown most of her clothes.
The 34-year-old further said, "I went from being very tiny to just seeing my body change and getting used to those changes. And [Tarek's] just so positive every day, telling me how beautiful my body is."
Her doting partner, who makes her feel "so beautiful and special" even with her body changes, has been "so positive" since she got into the family way, and he has encouraged her to "enjoy this time" in her life.
Heather's friends have also urged her to take joy in the pregnancy period and make the most of it, as her changing body was something she could not control.

In her words, "My girlfriends are like, 'Just enjoy this. And your body's going to change, and it's something you can't control.' And that's why I keep telling myself the most important thing is our baby's health and growing a healthy baby."
Being her first pregnancy, the California-born real estate agent said she appreciated all the advice she got from mothers in her life, including helpful pregnancy tips and essential baby products.
She could not imagine not having her "support system" comprising her husband and girlfriends, mother, mother-in-law, sister, and sister-in-law, who are all mothers and have been a "great" help in her life.
As PEOPLE recently reported, news of Heather's pregnancy came as a surprise as she and Tarek were in the process of getting in vitro fertilization treatments and did not expect the pregnancy.
Heather told the magazine that she and her husband had already planned everything out, so being with child was a "huge shock" as she had just frozen her embryos.
She added that when the disbelief waned, she was over the moon, and she believed the world just provided to the couple "what was meant to be."
Having kids was not always part of the married duo's plans since they began dating three years ago, as Tarek already had two kids, 11-year-old Taylor and 6-year-old Brayden, with his ex-wife Christina Haack.
Heather admitted that she loved being a "bonus mom" to her incredible step-kids, who she loved so much. However, as her love grew for the "Flip or Flop" star, she imagined having a child with him.
She further mentioned that being a "good" dad was one of the reasons she wanted to create a baby with him, and she looked forward to seeing him dote on their baby as he did with his other kids.
The "Selling Sunset" Realtor Previously Opened Up About Fertility Journey To Fans
Last December, The Blast detailed Heather's fertility journey, which she shared with her fans, including the challenges she experienced during the process.
Her journey began with freezing her eggs, but before then, she went through a medical check-up for her follicles, which she explained comprised six on one side and a cyst on the other.
She explained that no follicles were on the cyst's area, but it was not much of a problem; it only needed to be observed.
The blonde-haired actress then revealed that if she and her husband decided to move forward with fertility, her egg freezing process would begin earlier this year, in January.
She further elaborated that she was sharing her fertility journey, hoping that it would be helpful to fellow women who planned to have kids.
