Lana Del Rey Reveals Alleged New Boyfriend With Strange Jailhouse Pic!

It looks like Lana Del Rey may have a new... lana del 'bae!'

The unofficial princess of Indie, who first graced the airwaves and made a splash in popular culture a decade ago, has largely been unbothered by any public opinion surrounding her personal life.

A year after the 37-year-old released her latest album, "Blue Banisters," it is clear she's continuing to live her best life; new Instagram photos featuring the "Born To Die" songstress posing with a new man surfaced yesterday, and, let us tell you, social media users are scratching their heads over the unique way in which Del Rey and her new alleged beau have decided to debut their potential romance!

Del Rey, who has also gone by Lizzy Grant in the past, has historically been coy about sharing her personal life in the past. Two years ago, she was quietly linked to police officer Sean Larkin. The duo became known for doing extraordinarily normal couple activities together, like hanging out at parks.

Larkin once gave Page Six some insight into their low-key life together. He told the outlet, "When we were in Tulsa, we hung out with my law enforcement friends and their spouses. We all Super Bowl partied together, dinners and things like that."

Larkin, who also has a background in reality TV, and Del Rey ended their romance in the spring of 2020.

More than two years later, it seems Del Rey has a new man on the block, and it looks as if the duo also prefers living a simple together.

Donoghue, who already has his own entry on the Wiki community page for Del Rey, has something big in common with the singer: The 33-year-old is also a musician. He has been a member of the band, Salem, since the mid-aughts.

The Insta-photos in question, which were posted on the 'gram yesterday by Donoghue, look very much like they wouldn't be out of place in one of Del Rey's album inserts; the alleged couple are seen modestly posing together in front of Cook County Jail, which is based in Illinois. In the second picture, Del Rey can be seen leaning on Donoghue's shoulder.

Donoghue's photo set is currently the most popular entry in the jail's Instagram location tag.

The two photos have definitely circulated around the internet!

One of Donoghue's followers commented, "This [is] so random," and another left a crucial instruction for Donoghue, writing, "take care of the queen!"

Twitter users flexed their creative muscles and delivered their share of hot takes around Del Rey and Donoghue. One Twitter user shared a mock album cover that gave a nod to Del Rey's first of two albums released last year, "Chemtrails Over The Country Club."

Another fan questioned what all of the fuss was about.

"why do we care about who lana del rey is dating it's not like parts of her taste like diet coke," referring to one of Del Rey's track "Coke" from her 2012 LP, "Born To Die."

Whether Del Rey and Donoghue are dating or just looking to achieve a spot among the most viral celebrity photos of the year, we applaud their creativity!
