Elizabeth recently took a walk down memory lane after Hugh Grant explained in a BBC documentary that Hurley wore the iconic Versace safety pin dress after being snubbed by loads of designers. She shared a clip from the documentary to her Instagram story.

The head-turning gown caused a photographer frenzy when she walked the red carpet of "Four Weddings And a Funeral" with Grant in 1994.

"Poor Elizabeth rang some top designers and they all said: 'No, who are you?' or 'No, we're not lending you anything,'" Grant explained to BBC. "Then Versace said: 'Yes, we'll lend you a dress', and they just sent one round which is that one with the safety pins."

Grant continued, "So she shoved it on and I raised my eyebrows a fraction and we set off."

That was 1994, now that we are about to hit 2020, the actress is still making a splash with her daring lewks.
