It seems that possible Twitter owner Elon Musk and Truth Social owner Donald Trump are in a bit of a feud.

The Tesla CEO should be worried about his upcoming legal battle with Twitter, as the social media giant plans to take him to court to force him to go through with their $44 billion dollar merger agreement. Meanwhile, Trump seems to have enough to contend with, given all the bombshell allegations that are going out of the Jan. 6 committee hearings.

Trump seemed to kick off the feud when he called Musk a "bulls--- artist" for claiming to have voted for him. The Texas Tribune says Musk's first Republican vote was actually for Mayra Flores, the winner of a special election in June. For what it's worth, Musk denied that he ever told Trump he voted for him and fired off some pretty savage tweets about the MAGA giant.

It seems that it prompted Trump to fire off a response on Truth Social on Tuesday night.

Donald Trump Says Elon Musk Would Have Begged Him On His Knees If He Had Asked

The screenshot from the Truth Social app was shared by Ashlee Vance, a writer at Bloomberg and host of “Hello World.”

“Oh, man, we’re really going to do this,” she tweeted. “What happens [when] the two most volatile social media accounts collide?”

The photo shows a picture of Donald Trump sitting at his desk, with Musk standing awkwardly behind him. The caption reads:

“When Elon Musk came to the White House asking me for help on all of his many subsidized projects, whether it’s electric cars that don’t drive long enough, driverless cars that crash, or rocket ships to nowhere, without which subsidies he’d be worthless, and telling me how he was a big Trump fan and Republican, I could have said, ‘drop to your knees and beg,’ and he would have done it…”

Musk replied simply, “Lmaooo.”

He also followed it up with the meme of Grandpa shaking his fist at the clouds from “The Simpsons.”

It's possible that the SpaceX founder generated some bad blood when he revealed last month that he was "leaning" towards voting for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, not Trump, if he ran for President in 2024.

However, he provided a lot more commentary about where he stands with Trump - and politics in general - on Tuesday.

Elon Musk Says Donald Trump Is 'Too Much Drama'

On Tuesday, the Paypal co-founder told his 100 million Twitter followers responded to Trump calling him a "bull---- artist," replying, "I don’t hate the man, but it’s time for Trump to hang up his hat & sail into the sunset."

"Dems should also call off the attack – don’t make it so that Trump’s only way to survive is to regain the Presidency," he added.

One talk show host replied, “your response makes no sense. What about his presidency did you have a problem with?” He then named a series of hot button issues, ranging from border control to taxes. “What -- on policy -- did you have an issue with?” he asked.

"Yeah, but too much drama," Musk responded. "Do we really want a bull in a china shop situation every single day!?"

"Also, I think the legal maximum age for start of Presidential term should be 69," he added. It should be noted that Ron DeSantis is only 43. It would also rule out current Democratic President Joe Biden, who is 79. Donald Trump is only a few years younger at 76.

Singer and musician Adam Irvin commented, “Hmm. I’m a little surprised this is your take. I say Trump/DeSantis 2024 DeSantis 2028/32.”

"Trump would be 82 at end of term, which is too old to be chief executive of anything, let alone the United States of America," Musk responded. "If DeSantis runs against Biden in 2024, then DeSantis will easily win – he doesn’t even need to campaign."

It remains to be seen who will be campaigning for the Presidential election in 2024, or how the world's richest man may use his influence to impact the results.
