“So I’m just on this Live because I’m so excited to share with you guys that ‘Watch Out For The Big Grrrls’ is Emmy nominated. And not just one nomination b***h, six nominations,” she happily commented.
Expressing why she was particularly looking forward to attending the prestigious award ceremony which will take place on September 12, Lizzo remarked, “Do you know what the Emmys are? Nicole Kidman is gonna be there… probably.”
The Michigan native went full fan girl for Kidman, saying, “Nicole Kidman might be there and I might see Nicole…what am I gonna do when I meet Nicole? I don’t know.”
She urged her fans to leave a comment on what she would do when she meets “Eyes Wide Shut” actress “because that’s what the Emmys means to me!”
Lizzo shared that she struggled to process the great news and was “in shock” for the past hours. She revealed that when she and her team set to make “Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls,” they didn’t have any award in mind.
However, they have won a Critics Choice Award alongside the Emmy nominations and she couldn’t be more grateful! Congratulations to Lizzo!
