Paul Rudd Is A HERO To 12-Year-Old Bullied Colorado Boy With Uplifting Message

Paul Rudd is not just a hero in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he seems to be quite the hero in real life as well, as he came to the rescue of a bullied 12-year-old boy from Colorado.
Much like his on-screen persona, Ant-Man, where Rudd tends to find solutions in the microworld of Quantum Physics, he shows that in real life too, it's the little things that matter. There's a reason why he was voted People's Sexiest Man Alive in 2021, and it's because Paul Rudd has the biggest heart, next to Keanu Reeves.
Brody Ridder Just Needed Some Friends
After months of bullying experienced by Brody Ridder, 12, at a Denver school, he finally arrived home with a nearly empty yearbook. Only two teachers and two classmates signed his yearbook, though Ridder asked for more and so the boy added his own, with a note to himself, "Hope you make some more friends."
His mom, Cassandra was very upset, and shared with NPR: "Parents need to teach their children kindness, open up that dialogue. And if you see your child being mean to somebody else, talk to them about how that could possibly make them feel. Talk to them about intent versus impact."
She also shared a message with the parent's Facebook group for the school, writing, "My poor son. Doesn't seem like it's getting any better. 2 teachers and a total of 2 students wrote in his yearbook. Despite Brody asking all kinds of kids to sign it. So Brody took it upon himself to write to himself. My heart is shattered Teach your kids kindness."
When older kids from his school read the message, many of them stepped up and hatched a plan to make Brody feel better. They trooped to his classroom and signed his yearbook, and when Brody's classmates saw it, they added in their names too. In the end, Brody has about 100 signatures in his yearbook.
Here's how it started and how it ended.
