Tila Tequila Settles Custody Battle With Baby Daddy, Ordered To Not Drink Or Use Drugs Around Daughter

Tila Tequila has reached a settlement with her baby daddy which awarded her primary custody of their kid.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Tila (real name: Thien Thanh Nguyen) and her ex Thomas Whitaker recently reached a settlement in their custody battle.

Tila and Thomas had been fighting over custody of their 5-year-old daughter Isabella Nguyen-Whitaker. The two will share joint legal custody with Tila having primary physical custody.

Tila has the right to “direct the moral and religious training of the child.” Thomas was awarded supervised visitation at Tila’s home. He is allowed to see his daughter every Sunday for 4-hours.

The two are permanently prohibited from communicating with each other by use of vulgar, profane or indecent language, threatening each other by phone or text, threatening either party’s employment in an manner, calling the other’s work anonymously at an unreasonable hour or causing “bodily injury to either party or to a child of either party.”

The court ordered Tila and her ex to not withdraw their kid from school, hid the kid from the other or make nasty comments about each other in front of Isabella.

Tila was ordered to not consume alcohol and/or controlled substances “while in possession of the child.”

Thomas was ordered to pay $217 a month in child support. They both have to pay expenses relating to health care. The documents note Tila is currently has her daughter on Medicaid.

The court ordered the child support to be taken out of Thomas’ wages.

Last year, the custody battle turned nasty with Thomas accusing Tila of engaging in “a history or pattern of child neglect.”

Tila told The Blast at the time, “Thomas claims all of these lies against me and he is bearing false witness which God says will not go unpunished. If all of his claims against me are true then why did he wait 4 years to finally do something about it if my daughter Isabella was in fact, in danger or neglected? How can she be neglected when I stay home with her everyday and we live with my parents who also help to take care of her? Thomas is just jealous that I got married and recently had another beautiful baby girl with someone else. Jesus Christ says that Thomas will he punished for his crimes. The world will soon see this and the Lord will avenge me.”

The ex-reality star, who has been trashed for a pattern of being pro Neo-Nazi, recently reappeared on YouTube. She now spends her time posting videos captioned, "WOW! THE LORD JUST REVEALED TO ME THAT SARAH (MY JUDAS) HUNG HERSELF IN THE CLOSET THE SAME WAY JUDAS HUNG HIMSELF AFTER BETRAYING JESUS! WHOA! SO MUCH SIMILARITIES BETWEEN JESUS AND HIS WIFE! AS FOR THE JUDAS'......WELPS....ENJOY BURNING IN HELLFIRE! YIKES!"
