Instagram is straight-up refusing to believe that Kate Beckinsale is 46. The "Pearl Harbor" actress' latest video seems to be one more reason that Kate is finding herself on "age-defying celebrity" lists – one look at it confirms that Kate is, indeed, looking far younger than her age.
The video showed Kate and friends getting wild on karaoke night. The actress was rocking a tiny black tube top paired with a mini skirt and thigh-high boots. The look may have been on-trend, but there was a retro feel – the chosen track was from the iconic '90s band, the Spice Girls.

Kate Beckinsale was born in 1973, making her 46 years old. Fan comments to the video weren't exclusively about the British beauty's age, but a fair few of Kate's followers were probing just this.
"There's no way you're 46," one fan wrote.
"OMG you look in your early 20s tops," another added.
"You are Benjamin Button....but a woman of course" was yet another comment suggesting that this starlet looks far younger than her years.
"She's 46? Now I feel really really bad about myself lol!!" was a more ambiguous comment, but the surprise was all there.
With half of Hollywood now coming with a #vegan, seeing a celebrity take up vegetarianism (only to give it up) is a rarity. Then again, Kate is no regular celeb. The actress was vegetarian, but revealed why she gave it up.
"I was a vegetarian for a really long time because I am incredibly squeamish about meat. But when I was filming "Pearl Harbor", I didn't have enough energy, and the trainer I was working with at the time said ‘You've got to start eating chicken and fish.' So I did, and that helped me. Lily and I eat clean-we have a lot of sautéed vegetables like brussels sprouts and broccoli and chicken and fish," Kate told Shape.

Kate got straight to the point during her Shape interview.
"I do circuit training interspersed with brutal cardio, such as crazy things on a nonmotorized treadmill. That part is torture," she told the magazine.
"But the thing I like about circuit training is that you're never doing one thing for very long. You get to the point where you almost can't bear it, and it changes to something else," Kate added.
The Instagram account shows way more, though. Kate's core training is something else – the video below speaks for itself.

Paparazzi images of Kate hitting the gym are endless. While the newspaper reports accompanying them tend not to come with a time-stamp, Kate herself has confirmed that any super-early shots likely didn't come complete with an eager mood.
"I basically wake up, eat breakfast, and then work out. I prefer to get it done in the morning. That said, I don't naturally get up early. It would be much better for me if the entire world went to bed at 4 a.m. and woke up at noon. But it doesn't, so I'm usually staggering around first thing," she told Shape.
Well, that and humor. Kate seems to intersperse her stylish or humorous updates with hardcore workout ones. Kate has updated her social media in the splits. Her workouts come with high-end back-up thanks to celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson: the trainer who's likely on Khloe Kardashian's speed-dial is a semi-regular on Kate's feed.
At 46, Kate joins the list of age-defying celebrities such as Jennifer Lopez, Halle Berry, and Jennifer Aniston. Beckinsale may not be 50 yet, but we're reckoning she'll look just as young when the big Five-Oh comes up.
