KJ Apa has a message for his nearly 20 million Instagram followers.
The “Riverdale” star is asking people to help one another.
During these trying times, it’s always nice to have a friend, family member or even stranger reach out to check in on you.
So, why shouldn’t you do the same.
KJ Apa Sends Out Important Message To Fans
That’s the way KJ is looking at it anyways.
On Thursday, July 7, the father-of-one issued a poignant message to his 18.8 million followers.
“We need to stop what we’re doing and help each other. Even if it’s just to listen,” he began. “What kind of human being am I if I ignore someone who is struggling?”
It’s unclear what his impassioned message stems from or why he issued it, but it’s a heartfelt one to say the least.

There’s been a lot of turmoil in the US in recent weeks, so that could be weighing on him.
KJ shares a 10-month-old son with model Clara Berry.
The actor recently revealed that he might convince his sweetheart to move past the “Land Down Under” to his home country of New Zealand.
In a May interview withUs Weekly, “I’ll go back [to New Zealand]. Yeah, 100%. I’m going back this year.”
KJ Wants His Son To Know His New Zealand Family
This will be his first trip home in three years. New Zealand has had strict border restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown.
KJ would love for his son to know his roots and where his father comes from.
“I want my son to know his family over there,” he explained. “I gotta convince my girl to think about moving over there. Maybe. It’s a long way from everywhere, but I want to go back for sure.”
“Riverdale,” which films in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, will come to an end next year after seven seasons.
The New Zealand native has no plans to hang around Canada once filming wraps.
However, he won’t have much downtime for long. It was recently announced that KJ signed on to star in motorcycle racing film titled “One Fast Move” from Gulfstream Pictures.
It will go into production later this month in Atlanta, GA.
KJ Will Star In A New Film With "Euphoria's" Eric Dane
He will play a dishonorably discharged soldier who is seeking out his estranged father to help him pursue his dream of racing Supersport motorcycles.
His character meets a small-town aspiring singer who helps break down the walls he’s built due to his father’s absence.
“Grey’s Anatomy” and “Euphoria” star Eric Dane will star as KJ’s father in the film.
Per Deadline, KJ and writer/director Kelly Blatz have been developing the project alongside producers for over a year.
