Fox and MGK previously sparked rumors about a secret wedding. The speculation sprung up after the artist called the 36-year-old his "wife" in May while performing on stage for the Billboard Music Awards.

The 32-year-old claimed that he only called Fox his wife as a sign of respect and because he felt like calling her his "girlfriend" felt "adolescent." "I think when I speak about terminology— it never felt like my girlfriend. It feels too adolescent for the depth of our relationship," he said.
