“Real Housewives of New York” star Sonja Morgan has listed her famed townhouse on the market for $10,750,000.
According to real estate records, Sonja officially put her home on the market on November 14.
The reality star has lived in the home for years and it’s been a storyline on “RHONY” for many seasons. Sonja had been renting out the pad for a while at the rate of $32,000 a month.
Sonja filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy back in 2010. She was able to save the home from being seized in the case. She fought hard to keep the property in her possession. The bankruptcy ended in 2016 with the majority of her debt being wiped clean.
The real estate description states, “Fully serviced Townhouse just 3 blocks to Central Park! Unlike other townhouses, this may be delivered turnkey with Service staff in place, and is available furnished or unfurnished. Updated c. 1899 residence offers 4000 +- of usable space on 5 floors with 5 large bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, immense open kitchen and formal dining room, guest quarters and home office, private elevator, full cellar, plus meticulous landscaped courtyard with koi pond and spacious upper outdoor veranda, like living in Italy!”

Further, “Full service options include: Butler, Chef, Driver, Gardener, Housekeepers (2), Masseuse, Personal Trainer (Yoga & Pilates), Turn-Down Service and night Valet if desired, and parking garage at an additional fee. Also available for rent with option to purchase, yet excellent for full-time residence, pied-a-terre, embassy, foundation or corporate HQ... Pet friendly, no board application or interview, actually zero board restrictions, and long or short-term occupancy permitted, making this an optimal choice for investors. Charming tree-lined Gold Coast block celebrates the best of the east side, with great shopping, restaurants, and endless neighborhood amenities right outside your door, a unique opportunity to own a serviced gem in quiet and comfort.”
The home was originally purchased for $9.1 million in 1998. Sonja has previously tried to sell the home in 2013 for $8.25 million.
She would re-list the property for $7.2 million in 2015 until she gave up and started renting. It would appear she is ready to unload the property at this point.

Sonja has been having quite the couple weeks. She was too busy getting kicked out of gay bars to attend BravoCon.
According to Page Six, the “RHONY” star was hanging out at a Philly piano bar in the city’s “Gayborhood” earlier this month.
Morgan reportedly was on stage singing “Hello, Dolly!” at the venue. The reality star was booted which lead to her “crying and moaning” saying “They s—t on me!”.
Morgan confirmed the incident to the outlet. She said, “I was with friends who were singing at the piano, like we do at [Upper East Side bar] the Townhouse, and the piano player said, ‘Remove her!’”
Morgan blamed the piano player of having beef with her. She believed he had her booted because she touched the microphone.
Her costar Tinsley Mortimerhas been having a much better month.
Back in 2017, Sonja was sued by the law firm Goldberg Weprin Finkel Goldstein LLP.
The suit accused the reality star of owing $350,000 in unpaid legal fees stemming from her bankruptcy.
Sonja was victorious in the legal battle. A judge dismissed the case citing a lack of evidence tio back up the claims.
The RHONY star was victorious in a separate lawsuit filed by another set of lawyers who also worked on her bankruptcy. They claimed she owed $66k but the case was thrown out on a technicality.
