Elliot Page's Muscles Leads To 'The Umbrella Academy' Topping Netflix Charts

Elliot Page opened up to the world about his transgender status in 2020 and was bombarded with plenty of love plus a ton of brickbats as well.

Page's transition was also introduced into the storyline of his onscreen character, Viktor Hargreeves, who transitioned in Season 3 of "The Umbrella Academy". And now, his latest Instagram shot is making Instagram wonder, "Where can I buy the Elliot Page workout program?"

Elliot Page is joyful today, at ease with his body and self, and shared his euphoria in an interview where he stated, "I can’t overstate the biggest joy, which is seeing yourself. I know I look different to others, but to me, I’m just starting to look like myself. It’s indescribable, because I’m just like, there I am. And thank God. Here I am."

A year ago, he also shared his first shirtless picture on Instagram, wearing swim shorts and looking his happiest yet.

While the trolls were out in full force because transphobia is not going anywhere, many were appreciative of Elliot as well, with one fan writing, "Man, you’ve been working out. You got Captain America abs."

Elliot went on to say, "So the greatest joy is just being able to feel present, literally, just to be present. To go out in a group of new people and be able to engage in a way where I didn’t feel this constant sensation to flee from my body, this never-ending sensation of anxiety and nervousness and wanting out."

Page, also confessed that while he did expect both sides of the rainbow from people, meaning the love and support but also the hatred and the cruelty, he did not expect the magnitude of the response. He had come out as gay in 2014 but according to him, coming out as transgender is a whole different rection.

Much like Elliot's transition, his character on Netflix's "The Umbrella Academy" also changed from Vanya to Victor, in a seamless, beautiful manner.

When Elliot transitioned in 2020, showrunner Steve Blackman and writer Thomas Page McBee slowly got the idea of introducing the transition in the series as well, but do in an unforced, unhurried manner. In the first episode of Season 3, Elliot's character is still shown as Vanya, but later, as she mulls over her the death of her lover, Sissy, Vanya realizes that she is truly Victor. Vanya/Victor gets a haircut and then comes the scene where Victor comes out to his brothers.

Fans felt the love as well, in the manner Victor was accepted by his brothers. and showed their appreciation in the comments:

"Loved the way this was written and with Allison and Luther. Accepted immediately and just continued with what they needed to do. One of the moments where the dysfunctional family really shines."

"I love how Diego has no problem with calling him Viktor then goes right back to yelling at him for conversing with the enemy 😭."

Then there is Luther and his parties.

"When I first watched this scene I bawled my eyes out. Truly. We STAN trans representation not only with Elliot page as an actor, but putting the transition of the main character into the plot of the show. Truly amazing to see in mainstream media."

Elliot Page also shared how season 3 of "The Umbrella Academy" is topping Netflix viewership lists, and we feel a lot has to do with Victor Hargreeves.

If Elliot Page's latest Instagram post is anything to go by, the man is sprouting muscles left, right, and center and looking like a whole meal while he's at it.

As Blackman wrote, "Where can I buy the Elliot Page workout program?"

Another fan also wrote in his appreciation, "Viktor made me cry so much. He has a new lightness to him that is so, so beautiful. He looks happy, beautiful, relieved, and proud, just like you. All the love from Brazil."
