This Twerker Has No Idea What's In Her Butt! Can 'Botched' Drs. Help Her Downsize?

In a new clip released ahead of Monday's all-new episode of "Botched," Maimi resident and twerker, Courtney revealed that he backside is large, discolored and that she has no idea what is actually in there. Will Doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow be able to help her?

The clip shows a stunned Dr. Nassif watching Courtney shake what her mama did not give her.

"A combination of thoughts are running through my mind," Dr. Nassif told the confessional camera, "shock, intrigue, even fear of what really is in there."

"How did you get to this place? What did you have injected into your buttock?" Dr. Dubrow asks with a confused look on his face.

The patient explained that a woman injected her rear end with what she was told was hydrogel.

Dr. Dubrow explained that "Hydrogel is a synthetic polymer, called polyacrylamide. Which is a gel that, when injected into the body, attracts water and gets incorporated into the tissue."

He continued to describe that the incorporation of the substance can sometimes cause "significant immunologic reaction" among other dangerous effects.

Courtney said that her backside is large, discolored, and described another troubling situation.

"I don't have any pain yet, but my butt…If you press into it, you feel stuff," she told the Doctors before the consultation.

After taking everything in, Dr. Dubrow asked Courtney what her goals were.

"I want to try to remove them and have a smaller butt," she said referring to the hard sections left from the injections.

Last week, the doctors told the self-proclaimed "plastic surgery ambassador" that they could not help her get a third Brazilian Butt Lift.

"I live and breath plastic surgery," Aimi from East Sussex, England said. "I've had botox, I've had boobs, I've had BBL. I suppose you can call me the plastic surgery ambassador."

They could not help her because, after her previous surgeries, her body was not equipped for a third lift. Dr. Dubrow said her body did something called "redistribution," which he then explained.

"There are basically two types of fat," the doctor noted, "there's the body fat and then there's visceral fat."

"Visceral fat is the fat that surrounds your organs," Dubrow continued. "The problem is your visceral fat compartment is now your primary fat area. Meaning, if you gain weight, it goes right to the dangerous fat storages around your body organs."
