For many years now, the media has kept tabs on the relationships that Davidson has been into, and it would not hurt to say it is a long list. The American comedian and actor may be good looking, but he has a history of failed relationships and fans are worried for Gerber. Prior to their relationship, Davidson was dating "Once Upon A Time In Hollywood" star, Margaret Qualley, and some weeks later he was spotted with Gerber. How fast was that?

The model and comedian were first acquainted when they walked a runway in June 109 for Alexander Wang and the rest became history. They had obviously started out as good friends, although the chemistry between them was glaring for anyone to see. Again, Gerber was caught on camera purchasing a birthday cake for Davidson and though it was cute to see, fans were still skeptical. Davidson went on to take the 18-year-old as his date to an SNL party. The straw that broke the camel's back was when the duo was spotted kissing at a concert.

Concerned fans took to the model's Instagram page to warn her about Pete Davidson as they were not sure he was not capable of breaking her heart. Some fans hit the nail on the head when they told Gerber that Davidson was not boyfriend material as he had a long history of failed relationships. Although these concerns are true about the comedian, he seems to have a great relationship with Gerber and so far, the duo has been amazing to watch.

While this is an ongoing topic, fans wanted to know what Gerber's mother, Cindy Crawford thought about the relationship. Usually, parents would rather stand back and allow their kids make their decisions without their input and that is what the actress is doing with hers. A source told Radar Online that Crawford treats her daughter like an adult who is old enough to make her decisions and she would not be interfering. She also trusts that Kaia Gerber will make the right decisions when she needs to.
